La atención de una de las srtas. Que dan informes en la parte de abajo, NEFASTA. mal humorada, da mal los informes. Pregunte por prueba de covid, y me respondió que tardaban de 4 a5 horas en dar los resultados, le comenté que en la página decía que en 40 minutos. Me dijo que no, y que si quería realizarme el estudio, tenía una lista de espera de 50 minutos. Todo mal. Apunto estuve de irme y buscar otro laboratorio.. pero En la parte de arriba donde realizan la prueba solo había dos personas en espera, la atención muy amable y eficiente, no tarde más de 10 minutos en salir. Y mis resultados estuvieron en mi mail en 30 minutos. Que lástima que con una persona se demeriten. Mayor capacitación para todos por favor

Gran servicio, respondieron todas mis preguntas que hice en inglés a través del traductor de Google. Sin tiempos de espera. Muy limpio. Tienen promociones en línea.

They DON’T do co-vid testing at this location, only at Hotel Zone location. Went here to do blood test. Very professional medical office. Similar to what you would find in USA. You can order any medical tests from their website and then pay in person. No appointment needed. When I went in the morning, there was no wait. They speak some English. Results are delivered electronically.

I wanted to do an MRI for which they sent over a quote. Once I arrived there - 60kms drive - they told me the scan I wanted was not possible but they could offer me another one, at a higher price point and i would need to come back for it another day. I spoke with them multiple times on the phone and at no time was i told any of this. What a waste of time. I won't be going back.

It was a little difficult getting my appointment, but once I arrived it was amazing. The staff was professional, and timely. I drove from Akumal because their price was unbeatable (the cost at Hospiten and Costamed were both really high) and since I had been there before I knew they had state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained staff. I will definitely go there first in the future.

The best medical lab arrived finally to Cancún. They got this bigger place to find better logistics. Chopo medical test lab has many years of experience, they started in 1993 and they are a great option considering, service, reliability, price and time. I think it is the best option. They tried to start in Cancún by opening small spots just before Pandemia, but I consider this a great shot to move the official lab headquarters at bigger facilities.
