★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme un examen PCR para COVID, la espera no fue mucha pero para mi sorpresa todas las tomas de muestras las realizan en un cuartito de 1 Metro por 1 Metro.Tomando en cuenta que todas las personas se tienen que bajar el cubre bocas para la toma de muestras es muy probable que , siendo el cuarto tan pequeño , se quede el virus en el aire y si no ibas contagiado pues ahí te contagias !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando necesito de un estudio iba ahí. Pero voy saliendo con molestia porque tienen cero tacto. Uno no va al laboratorio por gusto, diciendo hoy tengo ganas de hacerme un estudio de laboratorio. No recomiendo. Vayan a otra sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no respetan sus horarios, tenia cita para una prueba covid y que cierran 2 horas antes por desinfectar, minimo que avisen al hacer la cita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, acudí a hacer un estudio con previa cita y cotización. No me quisieron atender por qué querían cerrar temprano y a pesar de llegar dentro de su horario de atención me negaron la entrada. No lo recomiendo puesto que a ese tipo de falta de profesionalidad uno no puede más que especular en lo malo que puedan manejar sus servicios.
Terrible service, I went to do a study with prior appointment and quote. They did not want to attend to me because they wanted to close early and despite arriving within their opening hours they denied me entry. I don't recommend it since to that type of lack of professionalism one can only speculate on how bad their services can handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía que hacerle unos estudios de sangre a mi bebé de 2 meses, hablé para preguntar y me confirmaron que sí podían hacerle los estudios ahí Lleve a mi niña y después de lastimarle sus venitas de la manita y del antebrazo me dijeron que mejor fuera al siguiente día o que la llevara a otra sucursal porque no pudieron sacarle la sangre necesaria para el estudio. Lo que me di cuenta es que no tienen al personal capacitado para atender bebés y no te lo hacen saber, mil veces hubiera agradecido que me hubieran dicho que no tenían el personal a qué lastimaran a mi bebe. Así que no lo recomiendo en absoluto para hacerle estudios a bebés.
