★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio q ni los buenos dias dan y me mandaron a otro laboratorio chopo donde la espera era de 2horas 30min, y me entregaban los resultados 3 dias despues.
 Terrible service that not even good morning gives and they sent me to another poplar laboratory where the wait was 2 hours 30 minutes, and they gave me the results 3 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son normales, aunque su recepcionista debería ser una especialista como en otras sucursales pues le pedí un estudio muy específico y me programó uno parecido el cual no me sirvió del todo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Me pidieron en ayunas son la 13:00 hrs y aún no me pasan a mi ultrasonido... Dicen que el medico tiene paciente, cuando yo lo vi salir hace más de 2 horas y esta en un cuarto haciéndole pend... La verdad no recomiendo para nada este laboratorio....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la Gerente del lugar, quien solo entorpece el proceso operativo de sucursal generando retrasos en la atención, acumulando gente en la sala de espera fomentando que se proliferen las enfermedades ya que hay pacientes sanos y enfermos esperando turno. No importa si tu veniste un día antes a pagar y hacer todo el trámite de datos, estudios pagos y al otro día solo vengas a toma de muestra. La gerente te obliga a tomar turno y formarte a todo el proceso de venta de cada cliente y hasta que llegue tu turno recoge la orden de toma de muestra, que apenas genero en los otros, entregue mi orden y me hicieron esperar otro rato al salir la gerente hacer toma la toma de muestra, seguía yo, me pregunto mi nombre y fue a buscar la orden y casual, no la encontro, cuando era la primera que estaba, en fin, en el transcurso de estar allí observe que la mujer es desorganizada, al llamar a pacientes para toma de muestra se le cayo la etiqueta de quien paso y mo se dio cuenta, si no es por los mismos clientes que la levantan y la llevan, la señora no se entera, Que bueno que ella no me tomo la muestra. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en este laboratorio me pareció muy buena, desde la recepción hasta la toma de muestras. Llegué poquito antes de que abrieran (7 am) y prácticamente no tuve que esperar más que a la toma de radiografías que empieza hasta las 7:30 am (cosa que no dice en el sitio de internet) pero mientras tanto me tomaron las muestras de sangre. El lugar está limpio y todo el personal es amable. Al llegar te toman la temperatura y te dan gel antibacterial para las manos, además de que tienen más botellas de gel en las distintas áreas del local, y solo dejan pasar al paciente, lo cual hace que haya menos gente adentro del laboratorio. No toman prueba PCR de Covid, pero sí tienen la de anticuerpos. Aunque la línea de atención telefónica nacional no sirve, coticé por medio de la página de internet y esto hizo que fuera más eficiente el proceso.
The attention in this laboratory seemed very good, from reception to taking samples. I arrived a little before they opened (7 am) and I practically did not have to wait more than for the X-ray taking that begins until 7:30 am (which is not stated on the website) but in the meantime they took my samples from blood. The place is clean and all the staff are friendly. When you arrive, they take your temperature and give you antibacterial gel for your hands, in addition to having more bottles of gel in the different areas of the premises, and only let the patient pass, which means that there are fewer people inside the laboratory. They do not take the Covid PCR test, but they do have the antibody test. Although the national hotline does not work, I made a quote through the website and this made the process more efficient.

Si eres de radiología o ultrasonido te avisan que es partir de las ocho am
Manejo de la r cpecionde muestras y toma de datos muy precisa y con mucha atención
La toma de muestras te explican que van a llevar acabó y te indican que te van a realizar mostrándote que la agujas y material son nuevos
Cuenta con estacionamiento tiene pago en efectivo y contarjetas de debido
Muy cómodo llegar
Tiene acceso para tercera edad y discapacitados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a esta sucursal a realizarme un estudio químico sanguíneo de 45 elementos, sin percatarme que al momento de pagar mis análisis la señorita que me atendió en ningún momento me comentó que siendo menor de edad, tenía que venir acompañada por un adulto para sacarme sangre, si no que hasta el momento en el que estaba en la toma de muestras.
Por lo que tuve que llamarle a mi mamá para que viniera, y al momento de llegar las empleadas se portaron muy déspotas y prepotentes. A pesar de que les expresarnos nuestra molestia por no avisarnos desde el momento en el que se realizó el pago.
Y no se vale que uno esté pagando un servicio y no digan las cosas con claridad.
Debido a lo ocurrido, ya no voy a volver a esa sucursal y voy a presentar una queja hacia las empleadas que me atendieron.
