I was there at 4:30 pm and it was empty. Got the antigen done in less the 20 min total for mxn 600.00. Very clean and professional. I recommend it so much.

Wish I could give zero stars for their horrendous and disorganized methods of tending to those with already paid appointments. There were 2 male workers that were constantly ignoring me when I attempted to get an update in regards to my "rapid" covid test and kept saying that they would call me. There was only one male worker who went and asked about my appointment by asking for my full name around 9am and then the woman inputting info in the system asked me twice if I had provided my info and when I told them I did, which was why I had been allowed inside in the first place, she had to input my info again because I was apparently not checked in because they lost my paperwork (Mind you my appt was for 8:15am and I was there since 7:30am). People kept going in before me even though their appts were for 8:45am and up and they all got there way after I did. A woman had to stand up for me and stated she wouldn't go until I was tended to because she noticed no one was helping me. After another group of people were let in and they finally called me. The woman who performed the test on me was very sweet and patient when explaining the process.

Also leaving a review for other travelers; the staff were great, we did both pcr and rapid tests just to be on the safe side for our flight back to US. We walked in at 9 am without any appointments and were out by 10 am for two people. They were very helpful with our broken Spanish.

Got here early at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and there was absolutely no wait. Got by on very very limited spanish and was able to get registered and RAPID COVID tests completed for two done within 20 mins. No appointment necessary. They honored my discount with Aeromexico so it was around $369 pesos or ~$17 USD per test which you can pay with card for. Make sure you give them the correct email because they will send you the results, got it within an hour. Bring passport, money and info for flight if you are with Aeromexico and that's all you need! Swab goes a bit deep so be prepared. This spot is the way to go! I looked up countless places with tons of horrible reviews so I had to write this one to inform the masses. Good luck!

I came through in April 2022 for a Covid test so I could return to the USA. We called the day before and paid online for our tests ahead of time. This allowed us to skip the line outside and go straight into a the waiting room. From start to finish, we were there for less than 10 mins. Results arrived over email within about half an hour. It was great! Very efficient.

I did some research on COVID test labs and chose this one for it's lack of bad reviews. When you are under the gun trying to fly home you don't want any hang ups. My wife and I checked in at 7:05am. There were already 5 people ahead. By 7:10 we were in the sampling room, by 9am we had our results by email. Clean, organized and professional, Chopo Polanco delivers.

Just want to share our experience of getting a COVID rapid antigen test at Chopo Polanco this morning. We arrived this morning (Saturday) at the facility at 8:20am and there were approximately a dozen people in front of us. There are two separate lines: one for registration/payment and the other for the actual test. The process was definitely not the most efficient but it was not too bad with the right expectation. Overall, we were in and out in about 65 minutes. I received my test result approximately 35 minutes after leaving the lab. The staff we interacted with at the registration desk spoke great English and are accustomed with dealing with foreign travelers. Chopo Polanco also honored the discount rate when we provide our reservation reference for Aeromexico flights. With the discount, it cost $369 pesos per person, which is not bad at all. Overall, it was not as horrible of an experience as we anticipated. That said, it was still frustrating that the company does not provide online appointment system. Anyway, I hope this information is helpful for anyone who are anxious about the logistic of getting a COVID test.

Visited here on Sunday for a rapid test. I arrived at 12:30pm. No line. The test is a little painful. They do it for you and twist. My flight is at 4pm. They said results will be sent via email within 30 minutes to 2 hours. You don’t have to wait there for results so I took an Uber directly to the airport. I paid with a credit card. Quick and easy.
