★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal que no tengan telefono directo ya que en call center no saben que cada sucursal maneja su propia agenda, requeria un ultrasonido, fui antes de las 7 am para ser de las primeras y resulta que llevan una agenda aparte y ya no habia horario disponible hasta las 11 am, si en call center me hubieran informado, no pierdo mi tiempo ese dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantienen un servicio de excelente nivel de atención y de limpieza, pero no respetan los precios que te dan vía telefónica y jamás te dicen que ese número telefónico que sale para la sucursal de Rafael Cuervo es en verdad el call center en Ciudad de México, y que los precios que te señalan son los que manejan en ésta última entidad. De tal modo que los exámenes prenupciales que me cotizaron vía telefónica en $235.00 por persona (p/p), en realidad salieron a $370 (y algo) pesos p/p.
Por cierto, laboratorio El Chopo NO expide certificados médicos que acompañen a los exámenes prenupciales, así que al final me hubiera salido mejor ir a Laboratorios Similares, donde los exámenes estaban a $328.00 p/p y sí te expiden el certificado médico.
They maintain a service of excellent level of care and cleanliness, but they do not respect the prices they give you by phone and they never tell you that the phone number that goes out to the Rafael Cuervo branch is really the call center in Mexico City, and that the prices that they indicate you are those that handle in this last entity. In such a way that the prenuptial exams that quoted me by phone at $ 235.00 per person (p / p), actually came out to $ 370 (and something) pesos p / p.
By the way, El Chopo laboratory does NOT issue medical certificates that accompany pre-nuptial exams, so in the end it would have been better to go to Similar Laboratories, where the exams were at $ 328.00 p / p and they do issue you the medical certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, desde el momento que quieres hacer una cita, no es posible que no haya un Teléfono de la Sucursal, y los números que ponen en la página, nunca contesta y quien contesta lo hace de Muy Mala Manera.
