★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos. He ido 2 veces y en ambas me han dicho los médicos que no tienen sentido los resultados de sangre.me los hago en otro laboratorio y salen distintos. Sus QFB han de ser patito.
Lousy. I've been twice and both times the doctors have told me that the blood results don't make sense. I do them in another laboratory and they come out different. His QFBs have to be ducky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estudios muy caros para que ni siquiera te den resultados en el momento es más para que no tengan agua digna en el garrafon sabe a la de llave con lo que pague por tres estudios mínimo les alcanza p para una Junghas ($45), te mandan a otras sucursales, todo mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende de forma atenta y amable, el servicio es gentil y de servicialidad, el lugar es muy pequeño pero si sólo se requiere de análisis que ofrece este laboratorio es muy adecuado y rápido. Evita uno las multitudes de otros Laboratorios del Chopo.
The staff is attentive and friendly, the service is gentle and helpful, the place is very small but if only the analysis offered by this laboratory is required, it is very adequate and fast. Avoid one of the crowds of other Chopo Laboratories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable y atento, el problema es que no cumplen con los protocolos de limpieza. El chico que tomó mi muestra es el mismo que tomo mis datos en recepción y me recibió en la entrada. Nunca se lavó las manos a pesar de que estuvo tocando la computadora, plumas, la terminal bancaria etc,. Hay otros laboratorios que si son cuidadosos con la higiene y son más baratos.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, the problem is that they do not comply with the cleaning protocols. The boy who took my sample is the same one who took my data at reception and met me at the entrance. He never washed his hands even though he was touching the computer, pens, the bank terminal, etc. There are other laboratories that are careful with hygiene and are cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría de los lugares están a reventar para pruebas rápidas de Covid-19. A reventar. Aquí vi en Internet que abrían a las 6 de la mañana. Fui a las 6.30 y aún no había acceso, pero... maravillosamente... sólo había dos personas adelante de mí esperando. A las 6.40 nos dieron acceso. Fue muy rápido. Recomiendo sacar el trámite por Internet y pagar al hacerse la prueba. Así ya no se tardarán dictándole los datos a la señorita. Sólo hay pruebas rápidas. (Y para gente SIN SÍNTOMAS). Hay letrero que para PCR deben acudir a la sucursal Polanco. El costo? Casi el doble que en otros lados, pero... se ahorrarán MUCHAS HORAS de espera. El chico muy amable, pero me lastimó DE MÁS. Ya me había hecho la prueba y fue notable que me lastimó de más. Terminé viendo negro como cuando les dan un golpe. Ni modo. Preferible con tal de no arriesgar a nuestros seres queridos. De todos modos la recomiendo. Se evitan HORAS de filas.

There is a sign that for PCR they must go to the Polanco branch. The cost? Almost twice as much as elsewhere, but... you'll save MANY HOURS of waiting. The very kind boy, but he hurt me TOO MUCH. I had already done the test and it was noticeable that it hurt me more. I ended up seeing black like when they get hit. Either way. Preferably as long as we don't risk our loved ones. Anyway I recommend it. HOURS of queues are avoided.
