★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal servicio, tardaron 40 min en atender y éramos 2 personas, han pasado 5 días desde unos laboratorios y aún no me mandan los resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hora en cobrar y mucho más tiempo en sacarte sangre, primero se dedican a cobrarle a todos y te dejan esperando mientras los demás empleados sólo observan. Pésimo servicio.
1 hour to collect and much more time to draw blood, first they dedicate themselves to charging everyone and they leave you waiting while the other employees just watch. Terrible service.

Muy muy mal en verdad lastima que estén así. Antes muy buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia! No nos entregaron el resultado el dia que nos dijeron! Ni a mi esposo ni a mi. Estuve llamando todo el dia en que se supone deberían tenerlo y jamas pude comunicarme con ellos! Todo el tiempo el teléfono marca ocupado. Llame a una linea a donde se supone contesta el director general para quejas, y la llamada ni siquiera entra!!! (Que burla!)
Llame al “call center” para ver si ellos me podían ayudar y ellos mismos me dijeron que no se explicaban porque no estaba mi resultado todavía disponible y que iban a llamar a la sucursal para preguntar. Fue todo lo que me pudieron decir.
Intenté también consultar yo directamente en la página de internet y me dice que el gabinete, no ha liberado mis resultados. Y por otra parte sigo esperando a que me llegue el resultado a mi correo como ellos me dijeron, y nada.
Por otro lado ese día que fuimos a hacernos el examen pude ver como la persona de la limpieza tomaba la basura de los botes con la mano (era un bote de basura de cubrebocas desechados) Y luego iba y tomaba las perillas y abría puertas y prendía apagadores de luz del laboratorio... fatal! Pensábamos quejarnos por eso tomamos nota del disque número del director general que no sirvió para nada.
Laboratorio de Quinta pésimo en todos los sentidos. Y Sigo sin conocer el resultado de mi examen.
Terrible experience! They did not give us the result the day they told us! Neither my husband nor me. I was calling all day they are supposed to have it and I was never able to communicate with them! All the time the phone dials busy. Call a line where the general manager is supposed to answer for complaints, and the call does not even go through! (What a joke!)
I called the "call center" to see if they could help me and they told me that they couldn't explain themselves because my result was not yet available and that they were going to call the branch to ask. It was all they could tell me.
I also tried to consult directly on the website and it tells me that the cabinet has not released my results. And on the other hand I keep waiting for the result to arrive in my email as they told me, and nothing.
On the other hand, that day that we went to take the test, I could see how the cleaning person took the garbage from the cans with his hand (it was a trash can with discarded masks) And then he went and took the knobs and opened doors and turned on lab light switches ... fatal! We thought we were complaining, so we took note of the general manager's dial number, which was useless.
Fifth lab lousy in every way. And I still don't know the result of my exam.

My surgeon in San Antonio referred me for preoperative studies for the sleeve and everyone was super attentive and kind, I also read that it is the only laboratory at the national level certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, super important for those of us who have international medical expenses insurance , Dr. Fernando super cute and professional ultrasound.
