★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme un estudio de control para verificar la eficacia de una vasectomía. En las indicaciones decía que te asignarian un lugar cómodo y privado para que obtener la muestra correspondiente. La idea de este laboratorio de un lugar cómodo y privado es el baño. Me interrumpieron como 7 veces en lo que "me ibspiraba" para obtener la muestra. En serio pésimo servicio.

This laboratory's idea of a comfortable and private place is the bathroom. I was interrupted like 7 times while I was "inhaling" to get the sample. Seriously lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de radiografía muy lento vine 4 y 26 de feb 22. Una sucursal muy amplia, carece de agilidad del personal ya que viene mucha gente de la 3ra edad. La 1ra vez solo había una persona antes y aun asi tardamos mas de una hora en que nos atendieran. 2da visita despues de 90 min y dos personas antes y dos personas dando quejas por la espera, se tomo la radiografia. El personal carece de empatia, lleve a familiar de mas de 93 años y solo dar la indicación de que el paciente se suba a la cama de radiografía carece de sentido comun, añado que solo dejan entrar a una persona por paciente lo que dificulto la toma de la misma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal por más oportunidades que le doy, siempre algo mal con excepción de algunas personas.
Una hora de espera para casi cada estudio de un chequeo medico y eso llegando a las 6am. Su médico para consulta está de vacaciones y por tanto esa parte no la pueden procesar, que regrese la siguiente semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoy viernes 7 de enero Hay mucha gente en esta sucursal llegue 10:00 y tardamos en entra a pagar una hora. Hay mucha gente para prueba de COVID la señorita de la entrada te da tu Ficha y explica muy amablemente.
Hay internet gratuito que funciona muy bien para cualquier emergencia
Y existe una red wifi chopo para cuando estás adentro que llenando un formulario o con facebook es gratis un tanto engorroso pero funciona bien
Esta sucursal tiene servicio sábados y domingos.
Recomendación llegar más temprano después de las 10:00 llega mucha gente la fila pasa las 15 personas.
El estudio que vinimos a hacer es un ULTRASONIDO 4D. Duro 30 min
Para pasar ha hacer el estudio no se necesita cita solo llegar de 10:00 a 12:00 y esperar turno
Cuando intente hacer Cira en el teléfono call center me dijeron que sin cita.
Por cierto call center tarda mucho en contestar pero si te contestan (mucho 25min espere)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura Mejia Aguilar. Esto está dirigido a usted como responsable de esta sucursal. Es increíble el mal servicio que tiene este laboratorio. Nos hicieron esperar dos horas por una simple prueba rápida de antígenos y cuando ya era nuestro turno, nos dijeron que ya estaban cerrados. Pésima organización. Aparte tienen estas pautas de servicio que nadie cumple.
Laura Mejia Aguilar. This is addressed to you as the manager of this branch. The bad service this laboratory has is incredible. They made us wait two hours for a simple rapid antigen test and when it was our turn, they told us they were already closed. Terrible organization. They also have these service guidelines that no one meets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy llegando de la sucursal San Borja. ¿Cómo es posible que la encargada de entregar los resultados se tome un promedio de 15 minutos en hallar dos sobres? Solicité al taxi en que fui que me esperara, creyendo yo que sería aquella una operación expedita. Y no fue así. La responsable de la entrega de resultados tuvo más de 15 minutos en espera a un señor antes de mí y luego corrí con la misma mala suerte.
¿No ordena los documentos que recibe? Y además tosiendo ella y uno obligado a estar allí.
Qué manera de arruinar un servicio que en otras áreas es eficiente. Ajusten su mecanismo de entrega de resultados y pongan a personal con destreza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal es de las más completas, me mandaron a hacer estudios de Sangre, Imagen y Audiometría, aquí pude hacerlos todos, utilicé el servicio de WhatsApp para cotizar, agendar y pagar mis estudios previamente. El lugar es amplio, con estacionamiento y bien organizado.
