Very slow attention unfriendly staff little trained also in that branch they take longer the results because they do not have the laboratory there I do not recommend going to this branch at all They have only one person as a receptionist and taking samples

The attention is very slow, they only have one person working to attend to the box and do the procedure. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado ahí en dos ocasiones y no he tenido ningún problema. La atención es muy buena, las instalaciones están muy limpias y los resultados me los han entregado en tiempo y forma. Lo recomiendo bastante además que los precios son buenos comparados con otros laboratorios igualmente reconocidos.
I have been there twice and have not had any problems. The service is very good, the facilities are very clean and the results have been delivered to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend it, and the prices are good compared to other equally recognized laboratories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahorrense la vuelta, si piden 2 estudios diferentes por políticas no sé si de quienes atienden o de la empresa, te los entregan hasta que salga el último, es decir no importa si uno te urge y otro no tanto... vas a tener resultados hasta que salga el último, y aunque les digas a las chicas que te hagan 2 ordenes o te registren diferentes, se niegan rotundamente, parece que entre menos trabajen para ellas mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario dice de 7:00 a 15:00 horas. A las 7:00 horas no había nadie. Luego llegó personal sin llaves. Nos empezaron a atender a las 7:20am.
The schedule says from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At 7:00 am there was no one. Then came staff without keys. They started serving us at 7:20 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi mamá hizo cita para que le hicieran la prueba de Covid ( porque viene que es centro donde hacen pruebas) y cuando llego, le dijeron que no habia para eso, que solo para viaje. Y luego mi mamá les pidió reembolso y que tarda de 5 a 7 días el reembolso dependiendo del banco. Pésimo servicio de orientación.
My mom made an appointment to be tested for Covid (because it is a center where they do tests) and when she arrived, they told her that there was no need for that, that it was only for travel. And then my mom asked them for a refund and that it takes 5 to 7 days for the refund depending on the bank. Terrible guidance service.
