 The ladies who serve at the counter are very rude ... Change them !!! They don't seem to see the comments. I went today and they even seem to mistreat people.

Terrible service for delivering results. I see many young ladies and young people and you don't make one out of all of them !! Total disappointment !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de las sritas del mostrador pésima: altanera y poco calificada: parece que les está uno pidiendo un favor. Solicito que sean mejor capacitadas y sobre todo humanas, pues atendienden mal a personas que por alguna molestia física acude uno al laboratorio
The attention of the ladies at the counter is lousy: haughty and unqualified: it seems that one is asking them for a favor. I request that they be better trained and above all human, because they give poor care to people who due to some physical discomfort one goes to the laboratory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el trato está peor que el IMSS, La señora que saco la muestra de laboratorio que atendio a mi mamá( de la tercera edad) se portó muy grosera y altanera a pesar de que mi mama se sentia muy mal .
Pésimo servicio !!! Esperó que puedan cambiar el personal o minimo los manden a cursos y sepan tratar bien a las personas especialmente personas de la tercera edad .
the treatment is worse than the IMSS, the lady who took the laboratory sample that treated my mother (elderly) behaved very rude and haughty despite the fact that my mother felt very bad.
Terrible service !!! He hoped that they can change the personnel or at least send them to courses and know how to treat people well, especially the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de atención es pésimo no hay gente y ni así te atienden rápido unas platicando otras en el cel hasta que hize notorio mi espera fue que me atendieron de ahí en adelante mejor pero de un inicio te aguantas hasta que ellas quieran atenderte
The customer service is lousy, there are no people and even then they do not attend you quickly, some talking to others on the cell phone until I made it known, my wait was that they attended me from then on better, but from the beginning you put up with it until they want to attend to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has had two different sets of xrays done here in the last two months. In BOTH cases Chopo did not include the correct xray (or disk) in the envelope and she didn't notice until she was at her doctor's office. She wasted a lot of time going back to the lab to find the correct results. No one from Chopo ever apologised.
