I went 12:40 to get an ultrasound and they didn't have time anymore, when they close at 1:30 pm. Appalling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio deficiente quizá sea el único o me tocó que no estuvieran de humor , primero para la toma de muestra no hay indicaciones o no informan al paciente segundo los estudios realizados fueron en exceso y no tomaron la un glicosilada indicada y en cambio me hicieron un perfil con estudios de más . Los resultados parciales no los subieron pronto y el urocultivo no está dentro de los resultados en terminos generales deficiente servicio no volvería a ir ni recomendar
A deficient service may be the only one or it was my turn that they were not in the mood, first for the sampling there are no indications or they do not inform the patient, second the studies carried out were in excess and they did not take the indicated glycosylated one and instead they gave me a profile with more studies. The partial results did not rise soon and the urine culture is not within the results in general terms poor service I would not go or recommend again

I requested an appointment for a covid test and they did not want to attend me at the time I went, customer service is not responsible for the notices that their page marks when requesting the appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo 1 químico para tomar muestras y un recepcionista que hace la función de tomar muestras y recepción, ojalá mejoren esa parte ya q esperar mas de una hora para q te atiendan, no es un servicio de institución pública.
Only 1 chemist to take samples and a receptionist who performs the function of taking samples and reception, hopefully they improve that part since waiting more than an hour to be attended to, it is not a public institution service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en recepción es terrible tardan mucho las chicas están dispersas atienden dos a un solo cliente, no respetan turnos, fui a la sucursal de la Juárez a preguntar por el precio de mis estudios y al otro día me salieron más caros en esta sucursal. No tienen gente y no pueden dar una atención rápida y eficiente es la primera y la última vez que me aparezco por aquí!
The service at the reception is terrible, they take a long time, the girls are scattered, they serve two to a single client, they do not respect shifts, I went to the Juárez branch to ask about the price of my studies and the next day they were more expensive at this branch. They don't have people and they can't give fast and efficient attention, it's the first and the last time I'm here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta capacitación de algunos químicos, una de ellas no encontró vena y se puso a mover la aguja adentro y eso es mala práctica. El tiempo de espera es larguísimos y los estudios no salen tan baratos como para darte esa atención.
En múltiples estudios te hacen esperar más de 1 hora entre estudio y estudio.
