★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, la prueba Covid-19 super dolorosa. Me he hecho 5 veces esta prueba para seguimiento y salud, y esta es la primera vez q termino llorando. Adicional la chica se molesto por haber terminado llorando. ( experiencia no grata)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No sé cómo es que tienen tanta gente. A pesar de tener disponibles los servicios que yo solicité. El personal de su sucursal San Miguel de Allende, Gto. parece no querer trabajar. No hacen citas, llegas en el horario que te dicen y resulta que ya no vas a alcanzar a que te hagan tus estudios.
Terrible service. I don't know how they have so many people. Despite having the services I requested available. The staff of its San Miguel de Allende, Gto. seems not to want to work. They do not make appointments, you arrive at the time they tell you and it turns out that you will no longer be able to get your studies done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se que mucha gente se fija en si tienen instalaciones que parezcan oficinas de limpias.. etc etc.. y es importante.. PERO LO MAS IMPORTANTE ES QUE TE HAGAN TUS ANÁLISIS Y TE LOS ENTREGUEN.. Yo por mi parte debo decir que PAGUE POR UNOS ESTUDIOS QUE NUNCA ME ENTREGARON.. ovio los pedi porque estaba enfermo y no pude recogerlos, luego fui y que paso mucho tiempo.. Y SU INCOPETENCIA FUE TAL QUE NO FUERON CAPACES DE ENTREGARME UN PDF EN UN MES... ESO SIN TOMAR EN CUENTA LO CARO QUE SON LOS ESTUDIOS.. ASI QUE PREFIERO UN LABORATORIO, QUE NO TENGA SUCURSALES, ergo sus DUEÑOS SON SANMIGUELENSES, Y NO EMPRESARIOS X.. PORQUE ES IMPORTANTE? PROQUE ASI EL DINERO SE QUEDA EN SAN MIGUEL Y ES BUENO PARA MEJORAR LA ECONOMIA INTERNA DE NUESTRA CIUDAD.. si queremos mejorar la economia de los sanmiguelenses.. DEBERÍAMOS GASTAR NUESTRO DINERO SOLO EN NEGOCIOS DE LA LOCALIDAD..

I oviously asked for them because I was sick and couldn't pick them up, then I went and it took a long time... AND THEIR INCOMPETENCY WAS SUCH THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A PDF IN A MONTH... THAT WITHOUT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT HOW EXPENSIVE THE STUDIES ARE... SO I PREFER A LABORATORY WHICH DOES NOT HAVE BRANCHES, ergo ITS OWNERS ARE SANMIGUELENSES, AND NOT BUSINESSMEN X... WHY IS IT IMPORTANT? SO THE MONEY STAYS IN SAN MIGUEL AND IT IS GOOD TO IMPROVE THE INTERNAL ECONOMY OF OUR CITY... if we want to improve the economy of the people of San Miguel... WE SHOULD SPEND OUR MONEY ONLY ON LOCAL BUSINESSES...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always use Chopo- clean facility- experienced staff- professional- efficient- andconvenient location. They deliver results directly to your PCP ( physician) or specialists'. They also offer home visits for routine simple lab work, shots if needed..all .you pay extra is a RT. taxi fare!??
If you need MRI's or other specialized studies; they have a main lab in Queretaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a simple blood test today for h1n1 or Typhoid fever. I'm in a lot of pain. I asked repeatedly that I they please just take the blood so I could go back to bed. Despite the manager and 4 other staffers, after 20 minutes and the desk gal filling out reams of paperwork in an excruciatingly slow process, when I finally screamed in pain that I couldn't wait any longer, I discovered the manager and another tech at a monitor looking at monitor, ignoring me. And then after all that they told me the they could not even draw my blood until Monday! I'd like an apology. Don't go there if you need anyone to draw your blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for throid panel in 2020 and it cost $59 pesos. Went for the same test in 3/21 and it was $970 pesos! Lab results not sent in the one day promised, 4 days later and still no lab work sent by email. Very clean but ridiculous price increases.
