★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de Hoy fuí a análisis, éramos 8 personas y solamente había 1 chica para sacar la muestra de sangre... Totalmente desesperante ya que vas temprano para luego ir a trabajar y terminas con 40 min de retraso... Muy mal por el laboratorio por tener cero eficiencia...
 Today I went to the analysis, we were 8 people and there was only 1 girl to take the blood sample ... Totally desperate since you go early to go to work and end up with 40 minutes late ... Very bad for the laboratory for zero efficiency ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion personal de la Dra que atiende en la sucursal es amable y profesional. Hizo preguntas enfocadas en la dolencia para buscar resultados relacionados pero permitio el espectro de la duda y oportunidad para otras posibles causas. Por supuesto que vuelvo a El Chopo.
Solo una incomodidad que pudiera dar problemas mayores para quien consulta.
Las sritas de escritorio solicitan quedarse con la orden de los estudios; algunas ordenes (depende del consultorio emisor) tambien funcionan a modo de receta.
En vista de un paciente despistado al quedar sin receta/orden se mete en mas complicaciones.
Pregunto, por que teniendo la copiadora justo a 20cms de su alcance solicitan la orden.
Para alguien tal vez no sea nada, solo un NO una copia y vale.
Para alguien despistado o de pocos recursos de observacion podria porvocarle aun mas problemas.
Solo saquen la copia y ya.
The personal attention of the Dra that attends the branch is friendly and professional. He asked questions focused on the ailment to look for related results but allowed the spectrum of doubt and opportunity for other possible causes. Of course I go back to El Chopo.

The desk sritas request to keep the order of studies; some orders (depends on the issuing office) also work as a recipe.

For someone maybe it's nothing, just a NOT a copy and it's worth it.
For someone clueless or with few resources of observation could cause even more problems.
Just take the copy and now.

Terrible attention ..... Arrogance on the part of the staff .... Not even the IMSS treats its patients so badly .... Staff resentment is noticeable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las enfermeras y recepcionistas muy groseras y déspotas, busca otro lugar a donde ir, sobre todo si lo que buscas es un trato de respeto y privacidad, enfrente de la gente te hacen preguntas incómodas no tienen la menor idea de lo que es tratar a un cliente y menos a un paciente.
Terrible service, very rude and despotic nurses and receptionists, look for another place to go, especially if you are looking for a treatment of respect and privacy, in front of people they ask you uncomfortable questions they have no idea what it is treat a client and less a patient.

El día de hoy fuimos a tomar una muestra de sangre a nuestro hijo de 3 años, y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y paciente, le estuvo viendo y buscando venas hasta que las encontró antes de poner la aguja, tomó casi una hora para revisar posibilidades. Muchas gracias por su trato amable y humano.
