Mi esposo y yo fuimos a realizarnos unos estudios porque lo requeríamos para hacer un trámite, cuando nos los entregaron nos percatamos de que no pusieron bien los datos personales de mi esposo, hicimos el reclamo correspondiente y todavía de que fue error de los ineptos que trabajan ahí, cobraron de nueva cuenta el estudio, de hecho salió más caro porque como necesitábamos los estudios de manera urgente cobraron el estudio express y obviamente le volvieron a sacar sangre, le dijeron que los resultados se los entregarían ese mismo día a las 11 de la noche vía correo electrónico y a las 8 de la mañana del día siguiente ya los podría recoger en físico, ni una ni otra cosa pasaron!
Nunca volvemos a ir a esa horrible sucursal, pésimo servicio, cero formalidad! Cómo es posible que tengamos que pagar por sus errores, es su trabajo, lo mínimo que podrían haber hecho es respetarnos la hora de entrega de los nuevos estudios!
Ojalá y las personas que necesiten hacerse estudios de algún tipo lean antes las reseñas de este laboratorio para evitarse una muy mala experiencia!!!

My husband and I went to carry out some studies because we needed it to do a procedure, when they gave them to us we realized that they did not put my husband's personal data correctly, we made the corresponding claim and still that it was the mistake of the inept who work There, they charged again for the study, in fact it was more expensive because as we urgently needed the studies, they charged for the express study and obviously they took blood again, they told him that the results would be delivered that same day at 11 a.m. night via email and at 8 in the morning the next day I could pick them up physically, neither one thing nor the other happened!
We will never go to that horrible branch again, lousy service, zero formality! How is it possible that we have to pay for their mistakes, it is their job, the least they could have done is to respect the delivery time of the new studies!
Hopefully, people who need to have studies of some kind read the reviews of this laboratory beforehand to avoid a very bad experience !!!

Hice mi cita por WhatsApp un día antes, me presente 20 min antes como señalaba y se me respeto la hora y el precio. Además de que el personal fue muy amable.
Cuentan con estacionamiento gratuito también.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi cita y cotización vía whatsapp (30min) para una tomografía. La atención en la sucursal es buena, sin embargo tarde aproximadamente 45min y no había nadie antes que yo. Los resultados sí me los entregaron en tiempo y forma. Muy confiable y buena recepción.
I made my appointment and quote via whatsapp (30min) for a tomography. The attention at the branch is good, however it took approximately 45 minutes and there was no one before me. The results were delivered to me in a timely manner. Very reliable and good reception.

Fui a hacerme un estudio que sólo ahí hacen y me dieron mal el horario por teléfono, me hicieron esperar una hora y media, aún con mi ayuno. Fue un desafío. Creo que deben actualizar sus datos y dar horarios correctos. Tienen estacionamiento.
The attention is good but the information on the internet and by phone was not correct. I went to do a study that they only do there and they gave me the wrong schedule on the phone, they made me wait an hour and a half, even with my fast. It was a challenge. I think they should update their data and give correct times. They have parking.

Everyone who left a review saying the staff is rude, you are correct.
Prepare to get yelled at and sent to another location that is not even open.
Advice to the staff: any human coming to receive medical testing is having a bad time in their life. Try to have compassion and kindness. I hope someone is nice to you the next time you need medical attention.
