★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La informacion que dice aqui es completamente equivocada, para la prueba rapida de anticuerpos COVID te piden orden medica, ademas de que el resultado te lo tienen en 2 dias (es rapida, ni que fuera PCR) te piden ayuno de 8 horas, cuando en todos los demas laboratorios te dicen que no influye en el resultado, en fin informacion totalmente falsa, la que esta aqui.
The information that says here is completely wrong, for the rapid test of COVID antibodies they ask you for a medical order, in addition to the result that they will have it in 2 days (it is fast, nor was it PCR) they ask you for an 8-hour fast, when in all the other laboratories tell you that it does not influence the result, in short, totally false information, which is here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por telèfono es pésimo, nadie atiende las llamadas. Deberìan cambiar su número o poner otro diferente. Mejor buscarémos otro laboratorio.
The phone service is terrible, nobody answers the calls. They should change their number or put a different one. We'd better find another lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo para nada , si quieres hacerte exámenes como chequeo sin hoja medica NO te los quieren realizar y los precios son iguales que otros laboratorios aunque digan lo contrario.
I do not recommend it at all, if you want to do tests such as a check-up without a medical sheet, they DO NOT want to do them and the prices are the same as other laboratories even if they say otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal es pésima , nefasta , excepto por la persona de limpieza es súper amable , deberían de contratar solo personal como ella , porque los demás ni informes te quieren dar .
The attention from the staff is terrible, nefarious, except for the cleaning person is super friendly, they should only hire staff like her, because the others do not even want to give you reports.

y no creo que sea por tanta demanda, por lo menos yo no vuelvo a acudir a este laboratorio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No habíamos visitado el lugar,mi esposo fue a preguntar por el urocultivo y solo le dieron el frasco y qué cerraban a las 3pm.. me lleve el urocultivo al otro día y me lo regresaron por qué ya eran las 10am y fui al otroo día y tampoco me lo quisieron qué por qué era viernes y qué eso lo tenía qué llevar un lunes y no me dijeron eso el día antes qué fui,la verdad pésimo servicio del personal,acudiría a otro chopo pero con esperanza qué en otra sucursal atiendan mejor.
Por lo pronto el urocultivo lo hize en otro laboratorio.
We had not visited the place, my husband went to ask about the urine culture and they only gave him the bottle and that they closed at 3pm... I took the urine culture the next day and they returned it to me because it was already 10am and I went the next day and they didn't want it either because it was Friday and I had to wear it on a Monday and they didn't tell me that the day before I went, the truth is terrible service from the staff, I would go to another poplar but with the hope that another branch will serve better .
For now, the urine culture was done in another laboratory.
