★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came here for a COVID test before returning to the US. We were in and out in 10 minutes and got the results an hour later. As others have said, they give you a discount if you’re flying Aeromexico or Delta. They told me testing hours are normally 12-3pm; we got there right at 12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location near Roma Norte. Quick and easy process! We got there a few mins after 7:00am and we were quickly seen for our Antigen test. Be sure to mention if you’re on a Delta/Aeromexico flight to receive the discount price!
We received our results in 2 hours.

Antigen test - Mexican$ 599 and I flew with delta so I got a discount and paid Mexican$ 369 (US $18 or £14 or €16).
Passport - Recommended if you don’t speak Spanish!
Delta/Aeromexico - Fly confirmation details required to get the discount.
Test time - 10:35 am and overall took 15 mins it wasn’t busy the time I went.
Results will be sent to your registered email within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be more simple than their website indicates so I am going to break it down in simple English terms from the perspective of a citizen returning to the US.
For your flight back, you'll need an antigen (quick test). This lab charges 599 pesos unless you flew Delta or other participating airlines. Bring your passport/ID and flight info with you to the lab.
This location only administers these tests from 11-1:30. Get there at 10:50 and you should be in and out in 20 minutes or less.
The lab's website apparently hasn't considered that 1/3 of their tourist customers may speak English. It doesn't translate well when using web tools to translate it. The staff (when we went) at this location doesn't speak any English and acts surprised and hassled when confronted with non-Spanish speaking customers. Bring your own Google translation app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was so efficient and easy. I got there at 7 because the hours on the site say 7 but when I got there on the door it says they open at 6 on the weekdays. I walked right in, signed a few papers and got the antigen test. Received the results by email in about 45 minutes. Make sure you bring your passport, flight info, and mention if you’re taking Delta bc there’s a discount.

Got to the airport and had to take another Covid test because this center was difficult to get in touch with! Almost missed my flight. Definitely check your result to make sure they are actually on the paper in the correct place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick and easy! Needed a COVID antigen test to come back to the states. Got there at 10:45am on a Tuesday, was tested by 11am and received the results by 11:25am. Also got a major discount because I’m flying Aeromexico! Not sure why the reviews are so negative… if you don’t speak Spanish, use Google translate. The receptionists know enough English to communicate what you need to fill out on the forms. But also, if you’re in a Spanish-speaking country, you can’t expect people to accommodate to your mono-lingual, English-only self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. $599 pesos for antigen test, there’s a discount with Delta and Aeromexico ~$350. They only administer them between 11-1:30. I got there at 10:45, but there was already a long line and it was 2hours before I got tested . It’s clean and easy and convenient location but just very very slow. Results came through quickly, within the hour.
