Comenta una chica q trabaja ahi q la que trae las llaves aun no llega y se va a tardar. No vayan a este lugar no se ve q sea serio. Yo embarazada ya 9 meses y esperando q coraje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te recomiendo que acudas a otro laboratorio cercano si requieres seriedad y un buen espacio.
Ésta sucursal del Laboratorio Chopo está bien situada en la zona de taqueña, pero a pesar del cartel que indica el horario las puertas se encuentran cerradas en horario supuestamente de actividad. En el horario se indica abierto los domingos de 7 a.m. a 3 p.m., si llegas a las 7 o a las 8 el laboratorio está cerrado.
Existen mejores opciones de laboratorio clínico es esta zona.

This branch of Laboratorio Chopo is well located in the Taqueña area, but despite the sign that indicates the hours, the doors are closed during supposedly working hours. The hours are open on Sundays from 7 a.m. at 3 p.m., if you arrive at 7 or 8 the lab is closed.
There are better clinical laboratory options in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está calificación le doy a Chopo en general por su mal servicio al cliente. No suelo ser muy exigente con eso, pero ya tuve dos malas experiencias en un solo día. Nunca me llegó la confirmación de mi cita a mi correo, me indicaron otro horario que no era y al ir al laboratorio me di cuenta del verdadero horario. Voy al día siguiente, la chica que me atendió muy grosera, y ahora ya pasó el tiempo de espera de mis resultados que no he recibido, no contestan el teléfono, porque sus "asesores" que desde ayer en la tarde hasta el momento siguen ocupados, no contestan por facebook, ni por Twitter, y en su página de internet dice que mi cuenta no existe cuando sus "promociones" sí me llegan al correo.
This rating I give Chopo overall for poor customer service. I'm not usually very picky about that, but I've already had two bad experiences in one day.
