★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a hacerme “cierta prueba” y la señorita que me atendió hizo lo posible por no atenderme y al final accedí a irme a otro laboratorio. En chopo no deberían discriminar así. Mal por la empleada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio chopo de Tepatitlán. Comentar que necesitan más personal para recibir a la gente para pagar pues solo hay una persona. La verdad son muy amables y el examen super rápido pero tardan mucho en atenderte. Hay 3 cajas por decirlo y solo funciona 1. Ya dejen de usar el pretexto del covid pues es peor nos juntamos mas gente cuando es algo muy rápido. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba por ponerles 5 estrellas ya que yo he ido varias veces a hacerme estudios y todoo bien. Rápido a tiempo y todo. Pero hoy les marco para pedir informes y me dejan esperando en el teléfono como media hora. ? la verdad mejor les colgué y busqué otro laboratorio. Espero tomen eso en cuenta!
I was about to give them 5 stars since I have been several times to study and everything is fine. Fast on time and everything. But today I call them to ask for reports and they leave me waiting on the phone for about half an hour. ? the truth better I hung up on them and looked for another laboratory. I hope you take that into account!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy bien, tienen el local bien limpio y ordenado, cuidan muy bien los protocolos de higiene y salud. Tienen una gran variedad de exámenes aunque la mayoría los envían a Guadalajara para que los hagan allá, podría decirse que aquí es solo toma de muestras, cómo sea en general muy bien servicio. Es verdad que casi no contestan el teléfono y son un poco lentos pero es porque tienen muy poco personal. De todas maneras si lo recomiendo!

They have a wide variety of exams, although most of them are sent to Guadalajara to be done there, it could be said that here it is only sample taking, however, in general, very good service.
