★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia porque llegué para realizarme un estudio y me tocó lluvia y cuando ingresé un paso dentro me dijeron con voz enérgica que dejara mi paragüas afuera, les respondí que si me lo robaban y contestaron que no, pero una actitud muy fea entonces les respondí que si desaparecia ellos me lo iban a pagar y un técnico o médico burlonamente contestó, "sí nosotros se lo pagamos" y ya no me realizaron el estudio porque ya era tarde. Si una señorita técnica o Doctora me dio información pero no como debiera.
Acudí a otra sucursal donde el trato fue excelente, me dieron una muy buena información y acudí a esa sucursal al día siguiente a realizarme el estudio.

I went to another branch where the treatment was excellent, they gave me very good information and I went to that branch the next day to carry out the study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy a hacerme un USG. Esta vez fue un Obstetrico, cuando estas embarazada, quieres ver el bebe, saber su sexo. Solo se limitó a decirme espere su resultado. Me salí con un sentimiento de desilusión y arrepentimiento de haber ido hacerme el USG ahí. Y la primera fue parecida pero como era un usg de riñón no le di tanta importancia solo pensé que payaso el ultrasonigrafista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general nada que sorprendernos ni que celebrar, los estudios son confiables de acuerdo a mis doctores pero lamentablemente no tiene sentido de coordinación entre las sucursales y su call center, ya que te dan información totalmente ajena de la que realmente están en la sucursales como horarios, tipo de estudios y ni qué decir de los teléfonos que jamás los contestan.
Pero en fin si no fuera por los resultados confiables qué los doctores solicitan No creo que yo regresaría ninguno de estos

Me lastimaron horrible al realizar la toma de sangre para un estudio, dejándome un enorme hematoma y lastimando el nervio de mi brazo derecho. A casi dos semanas aún sigo con dolor, que va desde donde realizaron la toma hasta mi mano.
La chica que realizó el procedimiento claramente no estaba preparada.
Además de esto, el lugar no corresponde, en cuanto a imagen y personal al precio que pagas por un estudio. En cambio, el de Salud Digna que está a tan sólo unos minutos de ahí cuenta con personal mucho más profesional, mejores instalaciones y precio considerablemente más bajo.
