★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar! No atienden el teléfono y los estudios son limitadísimos. La misma persona que está en recepción es la misma que tomas las muestras lo que hace una atención deficiente y tardada. Cero recomendado!
Terrible place! They don't answer the phone and the studies are very limited. The same person who is at the reception is the same person who takes the samples, which causes poor and delayed attention. Zero recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me hice prueba de covid el sábado y me dijeron que el domingo sin falta me mandaban los resultados por correo y nunca me lo mandaron porque yo tenía que viajar a Estados Unidos y perdí mi vuelo porque me esperé hasta el lunes para que me lo entregarán personalmente

Deberían cambiarlas o capacitarlas, le dan mala imagen al lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con todas las medidas de higiene y seguridad por pandemia ,desde la entrada la atención es cordial y amable, preguntan por el tipo de estudio a realizar y brindan la información necesaria; la sucursal luce limpia, ordenada y bien iluminada. En mi experiencia personal todo fue muy rápido y de buena manera, tanto el tiempo en recepción como el cobro y la toma de muestra,la atención fue buena y profesional. La sucursal tiene un pequeño estacionamiento, únicamente para 3 autos, los precios son competitivos y el trato es cordial, ideal para un estudio o toma de muestra en el área de Tlalnepantla Centro.
They have all the hygiene and security measures due to pandemic, from the entrance the attention is cordial and friendly, they ask about the type of study to be carried out and provide the necessary information; the branch looks clean, orderly and well lit. In my personal experience everything was very fast and in a good way, both the time at reception and the collection and sampling, the attention was good and professional. The branch has a small parking lot, only for 3 cars, the prices are competitive and the treatment is cordial, ideal for a study or sampling in the Tlalnepantla Centro area.
