★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi última visita tuve un mal servicio por todo el personal de ese laboratorio: en recepción me costó tiempo para que el personal se desocupara de atender su celular para atenderme. Fui por una radiografía para un bebe, por parte de los Tecnico aparte de gritarme hiciero llorar mucho a mi pequeño por no acomodarse adecuadamente, PÉSIMO servicio todo el tiempo, si no fuera por mi requerimiento del análisis, ni siquiera me pararía ahí, NO
LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO
Tampoco recomiendo que levanten una reclamación por que al menos yo después de una semana no eh tenido contestación por parte de la empresa, al parecer es una situación de la política y valores de toda la institución.
On my last visit I had a bad service for all the personnel of that laboratory: at the reception it took me time for the staff to take care of attending to their cell phones to attend to me. I went for an x-ray for a baby, on the part of the Technicians, apart from yelling at me, I made my little boy cry a lot for not accommodating himself adequately, lousy service all the time, if it wasn't for my analysis request, I wouldn't even stop there
I RECOMMEND IT ABSOLUTELY
Nor do I recommend that they file a complaint because at least I have not had a response from the company after a week, apparently it is a situation of the policy and values of the entire institution.
