Le picaron la vena a mi mamá varias veces, con mal método (muchos errores de aprendiz). Aparte para colmo se coaguló la sangre por mal manejo y tuvimos que volver a ir. La segunda vez se tardaron 45 minutos. No es un servicio a la altura de esta ciudad. Terrible service. 40 minutes to take a blood sample. Llegue a tiempo a mi cita y el doctor de la sucursal me dijo que no me iba atender porque tenía mucho trabajo, me insultó y me dijo que no le importaba que yo tuviera mi cita que fuera otro día. Hasta tuve que pedir un reembolso porque ya había pagado el estudio. Es el peor servicio que he visto en mi vida. I had an appointment for an ultrasound.
