★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dicen que necesitas cita para la prueba, cuando en realidad lo hacen para no trabajar los 50 minutos restantes antes de su cierre por que solo “toman muestras por la mañana”
They tell you that you need an appointment for the test, when in fact they do it so as not to work the remaining 50 minutes before closing because they only "take samples in the morning"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí la verdad que no quieren trabajar. Te la hacen difícil para agendar una cita en persona. No puedo creer que los dueños de este lugar sigan dejando sus trabajadores seguir así. Fatal servicio, mejor vayan a otro lado.
Here the truth is that they do not want to work. They make it difficult for you to schedule an appointment in person. I can't believe the owners of this place keep letting their workers go on like this. Terrible service, better go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The test and price were just fine. Laura, the receptionist, has terrible people skills. My wife is 72 and I am 77, I asked for chairs while we were waiting and she refused. She treated us like subordinates rather than clients. We will not use this lab again.
