So pretexto de que tienen nuevo sistema, se tardan hasta hora y media en tomarte los datos y cobrarte. Nosotros fuimos ayer y fue terrible. Encima, no nos enviaron los resultados a tiempo, sino un día después de lo prometido - y eso porque les estuvimos llamando. Definitivamente no vuelvo a ir.
Estas líneas las estoy escribiendo 3 años después y el servicio sigue igual. Hoy llegué, esperé como media hora y nada. Me regreso a Imagen Médica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi baja calificación se debe principalmente a que ayer fuimos 2 personas a hacernos la prueba PCR y coincidimos que la persona que hace la prueba en ningún caso nos mostró que los guantes fueran nuevos y la persona de la entrada si le preguntas algo contesta como regañando ( haganme el favor).

Sin embargo, el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo porque al parecer no cuentan con suficiente personal. También hace falta tener un área de espera exterior para acompañantes mayores ya que una paciente venía con una persona mayor y tardan demasiado en pasar, negándole a la persona mayor la posibilidad de esperar adentro, por lo que espero afuera en el sol y parada, habiendo asientos disponibles. Revisen sus protocolos y ifrezcan una atención de excelencia.
