★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están bien pero dieron un precio de los estudios por teléfono y a la hora de ir dieron otro precio, alegando que no me contaron el precio de todos los estudios que pedí sino solo de unos. La espera para que se atendiera fue de 1 hora.
The facilities are good but they gave a price for the studies over the phone and when it was time to go they gave another price, claiming that they did not tell me the price of all the studies I requested but only of some. The wait for it to be attended was 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido en lo que opinan de la señora de la limpieza, la verdad si es prepotente y algo altanera, no hay servicio al cliente ni profesionalismo por parte de ella, está muy bien que haga la limpieza, pero eso no quiere decir que sea la dueña del laboratorio, o si ella es la dueña del laboratorio que tome un curso de servicio al cliente y eso sería muy gratificante para su empresa y cualquier otra que se dedique a lucrar con la salud de las personas. Saludos.
I agree in what they think of the cleaning lady, the truth is that she is arrogant and somewhat haughty, there is no customer service or professionalism on her part, it is very good that she does the cleaning, but that does not mean that she is the owner of the laboratory, or if she is the owner of the laboratory that takes a customer service course and that would be very gratifying for her company and any other that is dedicated to profiting with people's health. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal. Te atienden peor que en el imss, se les olvida que estás pagando por un buen servicio. Si bien los precios son accesibles los resultados muchas veces son incorrectos.
Para sacarme sangre me picaron más de tres veces.
Pésimo de verdad
Terrible service by the staff. They serve you worse than in the imss, they forget that you are paying for a good service. While prices are accessible, the results are often incorrect.
To get my blood itched more than three times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al personal que cobra como que le falta un curso de atención al cliente y un curso de control de efectivo porque te atienden como de malas y no me quisieron recibir un billete de 200 que le faltaba un pedazo en la mera esquina, tuve que pasar al walmart a realizar una compra para poder regresar y pagar mis estudios ya que no contaba con más efectivo.
To the staff who charge like they lack a customer service course and a cash control course because they treat you like bad and they did not want me to receive a 200 bill that was missing a piece in the mere corner, I had to go to Walmart to make a purchase to be able to return and pay for my studies since I did not have more cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos! Para empezar no tienen por que cobrar 2% adicional por cobrar con tarjeta si tienen terminal bancaria, no es ni clip ni nada por el estilo. Increible que para una prueba de glucosa te pidan que vayas a comprar tu azúcar al supermercado y pesarla por que ellos no tienen con que pesarla ni tienen azúcar. Eso no te lo dicen antes de la prueba y deberian tener sus insumos para las pruebas.
Terrible! To begin with, they do not have to charge an additional 2% for charging by card if they have a bank terminal, it is not a clip or anything like that. Incredible that for a glucose test they ask you to go buy your sugar at the supermarket and weigh it because they do not have to weigh it or have sugar. They don't tell you that before the test and they should have their supplies for the tests.
