La última vez que visité este laboratorio me fui con muy mala impresión, ayer lo visité en esta sucursal y el trato es sumamente indiferente además de que los costos son el doble que el de su competencia más cercana.

La falta de una estrella es por que los cuartos se sienten muy reducidos y se ve peligroso o incomodo para el personal y uno como cliente que debe pasar. Sentí que podía tropezar me con alguien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo laboratorio, servicio deficiente, la entrega de resultados no es fiable , se requerían para una cirugía programada. Nadie te da informes, su de center nadie contestan y en la sucursal Alamedas no contesta nadie tampoco. Para ser un laboratorio de seriedad no solo se requiere poner sucursales deben de tener capacidad de respuesta e infraestructura y estos son terribles.
Terrible lab, poor service, unreliable delivery of results, required for scheduled surgery. Nobody gives you reports, their center nobody answers and nobody answers at the Alamedas branch either. To be a serious laboratory, it is not only necessary to put branches, they must have response capacity and infrastructure and these are terrible.

Por problemas de salud, cada mes debo hacerme estudios, por lo que he asistido a laboratorio Chopo y otros y siempre tengo retrasos en los resultados, además de que las tomas son dolorosas pues les falta capacitación. Y les puedo decir que me hicieron una toma indolora y eficiente, el personal muy amable y atento. Instalaciones limpias y respetando aforo.
