★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pase el viernes en la tarde por un presupuesto para unos análisis y también me informaran como presentarme para dicho análisis y me informan que de lunes a viernes a partir de las 9 de la mañana , me presento el lunes a la hora indicada y me informan que no podrán hacerme el servicio que a partir del martes y al decir que ellos me informaron que no podrían atenderme y que si lo requería volviera el martes así de fácil sin dar otra explicación. Muy buenos asistentes ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es peor que pésimo, agendé y pague mi cita para una endoscopia, que no hacen ahí por que no cuentan con el aparato, me la dieron en la sucursal satélite y al llegar resultó que tenía calentura según ellos y nunca me quisieron enseñar el termómetro, me reagendaron la cita que por error accedí y al volver la otra semana resultó lo mismo que no me la realizan por que tenia que esperar 14 días, siendo que nunca presente fiebre ni síntomas. Regreso a la sucursal azteca para que me hagan la devolución de mi dinero y resulta que no tienen, que todos han pagado con tarjeta que según ellos se comunican conmigo, lo cual sigo esperando. Realice una llamada y me dejan en espera por largo tiempo.
No existe peor laboratorio que éste, es una estafa, roban el dinero y para colmo atienden mal, hagan caso a comentarios aquí y NO VAYAN
The service is worse than terrible, I scheduled and paid for my appointment for an endoscopy, which they don't do there because they don't have the device, they gave it to me at the satellite branch and when I arrived it turned out that I had a fever according to them and they never wanted to show me the thermometer, they rescheduled the appointment that I agreed to by mistake and when I came back the other week it turned out the same thing that they didn't do it because I had to wait 14 days, since I never had a fever or symptoms. I return to the Aztec branch to get my money back and it turns out that they don't have any, that everyone has paid with a card that according to them communicates with me, which I'm still waiting for. I make a call and they put me on hold for a long time.
There is no worse laboratory than this one, it is a scam, they steal money and to top it off they give poor service, pay attention to comments here and DO NOT GO
