★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen sistema y es rápido, sin embargo por alguna razón a mí no me atendieron bien. Llegué como 20 minutos antes que otra chica, veníamos exactamente al mismo trámite (prueba de antígenos para un evento), las dos realizamos el trámite por internet y todo igual y ella se fue mucho tiempo (cómo 25 minutos) antes que yo. La verdad no sé qué pasó pero definitivamente el servicio estuvo mal.
 They have a good system and it is fast, however for some reason they did not take good care of me. I arrived about 20 minutes before another girl, we came to exactly the same procedure (antigen test for an event), we both did the procedure online and everything was the same and she left a long time (about 25 minutes) before me. I don't really know what happened but the service was definitely bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a las 6.00 am para la prueba de PCR y son las 7.30 y aún no me atienden. Habemos varios ya en espera y resulta que pasaron antes a un chico que llego mucho después que nosotros.... porque no pueden coordinar bien los tiempos y respetan el tiempo de sus pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En términos generales buena atención. Si acudes con cita pasas a los estudios de manera rápida. Atención en mostrador rápida y los técnicos radiólogos amables.
El pero: la persona de intendencia grosera y discriminatoria. Me explico: Tienen mal señalizado el acceso o son ingleses, el ingreso a sucursal está a la izquierda y la salida a la derecha. Entre careta y cubrebocas la voz es poco audible y de forma grosera me dice "por ahí no señora" . Ya en mostrador nuevamente la misma señora de limpieza me dice "hágase para atrás" junto a mi había un hombre que estaba igual que yo adelante de la marca, a él no le dijo absolutamente nada. El mostrador es alto y las personas de baja estatura no podemos firmar o llenar documentos a la distancia que ellos ponen la señal. Traten de tomar en cuenta eso y así evitamos acercarnos demasiado. A la persona de intendencia enseñarle sobre equidad e igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, le hace falta.

PÉSIMO PÉSIMO PÉSIMO, si pueden busquen otro laboratorio. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy a hacerle el tamiz a mi bebé, ya que sólo tengo 5 días, llegué y no hubo ningún problema, me cobraron y al poco rato me pasaron, pero para mi mala suerte no le hicieron nada a mi bebé, ya que por la fecha según ellos ya no daba tiempo de mandar la muestra, cosa que no me dijeron al recibir el pago; su solución era citarme el domingo lo cual ya no me servía por que ya se había pasado el tiempo para la prueba.
No dieron solución y para devolver mi dinero pedían identificación, lo cual me pareció una burla ya que acababa de pagar; al final me regresaron el dinero, pedí hablar con el gerente pero no estaba, solo perdí mi tiempo, y fuí a pasar corajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden rápido en ventanilla pero para pasar al estudio tardan más de una hora y eso que no tienen muchos pacientes. Hay que venir con unas dos horas anticipado para que salgas en tiempo. No me gusto el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo, te dan turno para lo que vayas a hacer, pero después rompen el orden, xq algunos solo vienen a cotización, otros a resultados, total que para poder pagar tu estudio y que te lo hagan tardas bastante, se acumula la gente pero porque no tienen buena organización, los chicos parece que son nuevos, no saben informarte bien, la peor sucursal que he visitado.
