A	Adolfo Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora de Rayos X no está capacitada, nos solicitó sostener al paciente sin protección contra rayos x, recibimos radiación innecesaria, Deberían clausurar ese lugar y hasta deberían suspender a la señora que ni ha de ser técnico en radiología. ¡pésimo lugar! The X-ray lady is not trained, she asked us to support the patient without protection against x-rays, we received unnecessary radiation, they should close that place and they should even suspend the lady who is not even a radiology technician. Lousy place!
I	Irma Ortiz Toro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, creo que antes de que lleguen los pacientes las instalaciones deben estar limpias, por eso se tiene un horario de apertura, mi paciente de la 3a edad no podía pasar al baño a quitarse el pañal porque estaban limpiando el baño a las 10:00 am, cuando finalmente pasó la persona encargada de Rx, tardo en meterla sin que tuvieran otra persona atendiendo, ya que la persona encargada de Rx se encontraba platicando con otras compañeras, lo reporte a la re epcionista quien dijo había una mamografía que estaban atendiendo, al final nadie salió de esa prueba y alos 5 min la encargada salió con malos modos a pasar a mi paciente. Creo deberían sensibilizar a su personal y no por ser Domingo y no haber gerente bajen la eficiencia del servicio que caracteriza a sus laboratorios, hemos ido al de camarones y linda vista y el servicio y atención son EXCELENTES, sin embargo el del Town center nos dejó una mala experiencia, solo porque ahí estaba el servicio necesario el día Domingo Espero puedan tomar cartas en el asunto y hacer conciencia de sus trabajadores de esa sucursal. Very bad attention, I think that before the patients arrive the facilities must be clean, that's why you have an opening schedule, my patient of the third age could not go to the bathroom to take off the diaper because they were cleaning the bathroom at 10 : 00 am, when the person in charge of Rx finally passed, it took me a while to get her in without another person attending, since the person in charge of Rx was talking to other colleagues, she reported it to the patient who said there was a mammogram that they were attending, in the end nobody came out of that test and at 5 min the attendant left with bad ways to pass my patient. I think they should sensitize their staff and not be Sunday and have no manager lower the efficiency of the service that characterizes their laboratories, we have gone to the shrimp and nice view and the service and attention are EXCELLENT, however the Town Center left us a bad experience, just because there was the necessary service on Sunday I hope you can take action on the matter and raise awareness of your workers in that branch. Nos tuvieron 30 minutos esperando a las 6am y sin más pacientes solo para decirnos que no podían recibir pago con tarjeta. The worst service experience. The employees arrive asleep. We had 30 minutes waiting at 6am and no more patients just to tell us that they could not receive payment by card.

Te dicen que no hay sistema y que, si quieres, regreses más tarde u otro día. Don't even bother to attend, they never have a system and the staff have a lousy attitude. El precio es regular, no tengo problema en pagarlo, pero si vas a rayos x intentan mandarte a otra sucursal. Es por eso que el servicio no vale lo que cuesta. Por lo demás muy bien ??
