En la calle de Hegel inicia su historia Laboratorio Médico Polanco, nuestro fundador el Doctor Miguel Mendoza Sclair comenzó trabajando en conjunto con 10 médicos; se realizaban análisis clínicos con pacientes referenciados de la zona de Polanco y sus alrededores.
En 1990, después de trece años de experiencia, comenzaron a surgir nuevas necesidades en los pacientes de Laboratorio Medico Polanco, fue el momento para crear el área de Imagenología con la introducción de equipos como:
- Rayos X
- Ultrasonido
- Densitometría
Al mismo tiempo, se abrió la Sucursal ubicada en Lomas de Chapultepec, se comenzó el servicio de toma de muestra en algunos consultorios médicos en apoyo al diagnóstico del paciente. Con esta visión también iniciaron las negociaciones para establecer convenios con empresas como Bancos, Aseguradoras etc., para introducir los servicios de Laboratorio y Rayos X. En 1998, para brindar un mejor servicio a un promedio de 100 pacientes por día, instauró mayores normas de calidad y adquirió mejores equipos automatizados, ingresando a la nueva era de la tecnología, con lo que se hizo más fuerte y eficiente. Tan solo dos años después en el año 2000 con el objetivo de atender alrededor de 1,550 pacientes diarios, creó estrategias de Mercadotecnia, Ventas y plan de carrera para sus empleados.
Actualmente, Laboratorio Médico Polanco sigue trabajando para darle el mejor servicio a sus pacientes, y darle atención a alrededor de 3,500 pacientes diarios. En diciembre de 2007, nos certificamos en la Norma ISO 9001-2000 en 20 procesos y en todas nuestras sucursales; ofrecemos una gran gama de Estudios.

Acudí con una aguda infección de vías urinarias y ya tenía ganas de orinar para la muestra, pedí el recipiente para la muestra y me dejaron en espera muchísimo tiempo a pesar de que les comenté que me urgía. Tuve que esperar demasiado para orinar siendo que esto no se recomienda en mi caso. Sólo hay 2 personas en el laboratorio y una de ellas sólo se limita a ser recepcionista y cobrar. La espera es mucha.
 APPALLING!! I came in with an acute urinary tract infection and I already wanted to urinate for the sample, I asked for the sample container and they kept me waiting for a long time even though I told them I was urgent. I had to wait too long to urinate as this is not recommended in my case. There are only 2 people in the lab and one of them is only limited to being a receptionist and charging. The wait is long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio todos nefastos y no tienen educación solamente se la pasan en el celular ,no saben tratar a los pacientes y lo digo por experiencia propia tardaron más de 4 horas para hacerme una radiografía . No regresaré
Terrible service all nefarious and they have no education, they only spend it on their cell phones, they do not know how to treat patients and I say this from my own experience it took more than 4 hours to take an X-ray. I will not come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio nunca responden para hacer cita dos días llamando y se suponen que tienen un horario, pero pobrecitos yo creo que es la misma persona la que responde el teléfono la que toma las muestras y las examina "pobres no se dan abasto" ( sarcasmo), a de ser una sola persona la que atiende todo el laboratorio inútiles hagan su trabajo.
The service is terrible, they never respond to make an appointment for two days by calling and they are supposed to have a schedule, but poor things, I think it is the same person who answers the phone who takes the samples and examines them "poor people can't cope" (sarcasm ), to be a single person who attends the entire laboratory useless do their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca regresaría lleve a mi mamá delicada y la hicieron esperar 4hrs 30min para acerle una tele de tórax llegaban personas y las pasaban y dejaban a uno que llegó temprano y todos nefastos sin educación solo en el celular y sentantados platicando ??
Terrible service, I would never return, take my delicate mother and they made her wait 4 hours 30 minutes to bring her a chest TV, people arrived and passed them and left one who arrived early and all nefarious without education only on the cell phone and sitting talking ??
