En la calle de Hegel inicia su historia Laboratorio Médico Polanco, nuestro fundador el Doctor Miguel Mendoza Sclair comenzó trabajando en conjunto con 10 médicos; se realizaban análisis clínicos con pacientes referenciados de la zona de Polanco y sus alrededores.
En 1990, después de trece años de experiencia, comenzaron a surgir nuevas necesidades en los pacientes de Laboratorio Medico Polanco, fue el momento para crear el área de Imagenología con la introducción de equipos como:
- Rayos X
- Ultrasonido
- Densitometría
Al mismo tiempo, se abrió la Sucursal ubicada en Lomas de Chapultepec, se comenzó el servicio de toma de muestra en algunos consultorios médicos en apoyo al diagnóstico del paciente. Con esta visión también iniciaron las negociaciones para establecer convenios con empresas como Bancos, Aseguradoras etc., para introducir los servicios de Laboratorio y Rayos X. En 1998, para brindar un mejor servicio a un promedio de 100 pacientes por día, instauró mayores normas de calidad y adquirió mejores equipos automatizados, ingresando a la nueva era de la tecnología, con lo que se hizo más fuerte y eficiente. Tan solo dos años después en el año 2000 con el objetivo de atender alrededor de 1,550 pacientes diarios, creó estrategias de Mercadotecnia, Ventas y plan de carrera para sus empleados.
Actualmente, Laboratorio Médico Polanco sigue trabajando para darle el mejor servicio a sus pacientes, y darle atención a alrededor de 3,500 pacientes diarios. En diciembre de 2007, nos certificamos en la Norma ISO 9001-2000 en 20 procesos y en todas nuestras sucursales; ofrecemos una gran gama de Estudios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACUDI A LA SUCURSAL DE CENTRO MEDICO LA SEMANA PASADA Y EL SERVICIO FUE EXCELENTE, POR LO QUE RECURRI A HACER OTRO ESTUDIO HOY EN LA SUCURSAL BALBUENA Y FUE UN COMPLETO FIASCO: NO HAY MEDIDAS SANITARIAS, EL TRATO COMO DE SEGURO SOCIAL, CERO CORDIALIDAD, TE HACEN ESPERAR DEMASIADO PERO PORQUE ESTAN DISTRAIDOS, ADEMAS QUE SE NOTA QUE EL PERSONAL ES JOVEN Y SIN EXPERIENCIA.
NO VOLVERIA A LM POLANCO PERO RECORDAR LA SEMANA PASADA EN LA SUC. CENTRO MEDICO ME MOTIVO A ENVIAR ESTA QUEJA, QUE OJALA PUEDAN TOMAR EN CUENTA PORQUE TIENEN LAS INSTALACIONES Y EL RENOMBRE COMO PARA DEJAR QUE POR ESA SUCURSAL SE PIERDA EL PRESTIGIO.
 I CAME TO THE BRANCH OF THE MEDICAL CENTER LAST WEEK AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, SO I APPEARED TO DO ANOTHER STUDY TODAY IN THE BALBUENA BRANCH AND IT WAS A COMPLETE FIASCO: NO SANITARY MEASURES, THE TREATMENT AS SOCIAL SECURITY, ZERO CORDI THEY MAKE YOU WAIT TOO LONG BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE DISTRAWNED, IN ADDITION IT IS NOTICED THAT THE STAFF IS YOUNG AND WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.
I WOULD NOT RETURN TO LM POLANCO BUT REMEMBER LAST WEEK IN THE SUC. MEDICAL CENTER MOTIVATED ME TO SEND THIS COMPLAINT, WHICH I HOPE THEY CAN TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE FACILITIES AND THE RENAME TO LET THE PRESTIGE OF THAT BRANCH.

Solo hay una persona tomando muestras de sangure Cómo puede ser posible en un laboratorio según de tanto prestigio esperar 4 horas oara una simple toma de sangure No lo recomiendo no. Si puede acuda a otro laboratorio. No permita que lo u millón de esa manera no lo recomiendo para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local está muy encerrado y mucha gente, muy tardado para que atiendan en mostrados, tenemos que estar, si llega uno temprano como una hora o 50 minutos, cualquiera se puede contagiar. Ah y por las mañanas nada más hay una sola persona atendiendo en mostrador. MUY TARDADO EN MOSTRADOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, instalaciones limpias, buenos equipos de diagnostico el problema es su sistema de cobro y registro, deberian eliminar el papel al 100%, dejar de hacerte llenar cuestionarios y llevarlo todo por electronico, hace mucho que su sistema de fichas no sirve, y constantemente tienen personal en capacitacion en ventanillas lo que retrasa mucho la atencion porque los capacitan sobre la atencion del paciente. Los precios con las trajetas de descuento son buenos por debajo inclusive de laboratorios como el chopo pero mas elevados que salud digna. Los tiempos de entrega son aceptables y en tiempo sobre lo acordado. Deberian incluir promociones de pago con tarjeta de credito.
