★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy usuaria de Laboratorios Médicos Polanco desde hace años y esta sucursal es la mejor de todas. Lo que he de externar, es que es una lástima que no abran los domingos (aunque sea en horario limitado) y que las muestras se reciban hasta las 11am. Fuera de estas 2 observaciones la atención es muy buena, las recepcionistas atentas y servicio de calidad. Todo lo contrario a la sucursal de Constituyentes que deja mucho que desear.
I have been a user of Laboratorios Médicos Polanco for years and this branch is the best of all. What I have to express is that it is a pity that they do not open on Sundays (even if it is limited hours) and that the samples are received until 11am. Out of these 2 observations, the attention is very good, the receptionists attentive and quality service. Quite the opposite of the constituent branch that leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de la sucursal se ve superado por mucho con la demanda del servicio. Solo hay una persona en recepción y una persona sacando las muestras, lo cual hace que sea demasiado tardado. Definitivamente me quedo con la sucursal de Loma Dorada, aunque no me quedé de paso como está sucursal del Refugio.
The branch staff is greatly overwhelmed with the demand for the service. There is only one person at the front desk and one person taking the samples, which makes it too time consuming. I definitely stay with the Loma Dorada branch, although I did not stop by as this branch of the Refugio.
