★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO muy MALA ATENCION. Me acaba de robar mis lentes, en lo que me fui a cambiar para un estudio. El personal no hizo nada y la encargada solo se quedo mirándome ya lo reporte a la cadena de laboratorios y espero hagan algo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen esperar demasiado, ni en el IMSS se tardan tanto. Tienen a dos personas en ventanilla, una en la entrada para el filtro y sólo una persona para toma de muestras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la señorita de recepción, hay que capacitar a su gente, ella es la la primera impresión de su laboratorio. En la toma de muestra muy bien.
En verdad deberían de checar la actitud y trato al paciente de la srita de recepcion , todos tenemos problemas pero las veces que he venido es la misma actitud de la srita. 0 en servicio al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar horas, aun cuando vas en las condiciones que en su página piden para los estudios ya que pagaste te dan pretextos para no hacerlos. Actitud despota de quien toma los estudios clínicos, horrible, huyan!!! Aparte de que me poncharon mi vena.
Terrible service, they make you wait hours, even when you go in the conditions that they ask for the studies on their page since you paid they give you excuses for not doing them. Despotic attitude of those who take clinical studies, horrible, run away !!! Other than that they punctured my vein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAL SERVICIO Call center te da la cita en el laboratorio donde tienes q realizar ultrasonido (porq no pudes llegar asi no mas) te dan numero de folio por q ya diste datos!!!
Se supone q ya tienes la cita y la recepcionista con cara de what!! Y de muy mala gana.
Era solo un ultrasonido.
No repeto mi numero de folio.
No respeto q ya contaba con el convenio de la aseguradora.
Y despues de q ya me vio muy molesta, me ofrece la tarjeta de recompensas.
Que ya en otras sucursales la dan virtual!!!
Mala expetiencia y muy mal servicio de recepcion.
El q la libra para otra estrella es el dr q realizó el ultrasonido.

Desde mi llegada no había quien me recibiera para cumplir con el protocolo COVID, después llegó una empleada y me aplicó el gel, me midió la temperatura y me ordenó que me sentara. El servicio es extremadamente lento. Durante mi estancia hubo varios roces con clientes que desconocían que tenían que llegar 20 minutos antes de su cita para hacerse el estudio. Una de las doctoras que hace los estudios se ausentó. Y cuando los clientes pedían hablar con la gerencia se les indicaba que no estaba, y que tampoco había algún encargado. También hubo un cliente muy molesto porque después de esperar bastante tiempo le informaron que no le harían el estudio, ante la impotencia, el señor, de la tercera edad, se empezó a quejar y la empleada de la ventanilla 3, en tono burlón le respondía "sí señor, ajá, sí, claro, ajá, como usted diga". Tal vez haya sido un mal día, sin embargo, los pacientes no tenemos la culpa de su falta de personal, desorganización, mala capacitación o falta de amor por su trabajo. Espero no tener que regresar a este laboratorio o a esta sucursal. Por cierto quedaron de enviarme mis resultados a mi correo electrónico y nunca llegaron y cuando traté de descargarlos en la página web, decía que mi expediente no existe. Afortunadamente con las radiografías que me entregaron físicamente ya no tuve necesidad de su reporte, sin embargo, de no haber sido así, abría tenido que regresar.
Deseo que todo mejore porque en el pasado este era un laboratorio muy profesional y confiable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Exageran las medidas en la entrada: tenperatura, gel, pies, sillas, etc pero el "valet" entra y sale todo el tiempo despues de subirse a los coches y estar en contacto con policias, taqueros, etc.
2) en el telefono te dan un precio y en esta sucursal te dicen que necesitas tarjeta de descuento, de lo contrario te cuesta el DOBLE!!
3) Fui un dia antes por un recipiente para una muestra y la señora que me la recibió me dijo "regañandome" que el frasco no era el correcto ??? le dije "le juro que yo no lo escogí " y aun asi me repitio que estaba mal ?
4) En la ventanilla te hacen firmar al menos SEIS documentos y te obligan a firmar un Aviso de Privacidad impreso con letras exageradamente pequeñas.
no creo que pade nada con mis comentarios pero sinpuedo decir que eñ servicio es pesimo y no sé si los resiltados sean confiables
