About Laboratorio Médico Polanco
En la calle de Hegel inicia su historia Laboratorio Médico Polanco, nuestro fundador el Doctor Miguel Mendoza Sclair comenzó trabajando en conjunto con 10 médicos; se realizaban análisis clínicos con pacientes referenciados de la zona de Polanco y sus alrededores.
En 1990, después de trece años de experiencia, comenzaron a surgir nuevas necesidades en los pacientes de Laboratorio Medico Polanco, fue el momento para crear el área de Imagenología con la introducción de equipos como:
- Rayos X
- Ultrasonido
- Densitometría
Al mismo tiempo, se abrió la Sucursal ubicada en Lomas de Chapultepec, se comenzó el servicio de toma de muestra en algunos consultorios médicos en apoyo al diagnóstico del paciente. Con esta visión también iniciaron las negociaciones para establecer convenios con empresas como Bancos, Aseguradoras etc., para introducir los servicios de Laboratorio y Rayos X. En 1998, para brindar un mejor servicio a un promedio de 100 pacientes por día, instauró mayores normas de calidad y adquirió mejores equipos automatizados, ingresando a la nueva era de la tecnología, con lo que se hizo más fuerte y eficiente. Tan solo dos años después en el año 2000 con el objetivo de atender alrededor de 1,550 pacientes diarios, creó estrategias de Mercadotecnia, Ventas y plan de carrera para sus empleados.
Actualmente, Laboratorio Médico Polanco sigue trabajando para darle el mejor servicio a sus pacientes, y darle atención a alrededor de 3,500 pacientes diarios. En diciembre de 2007, nos certificamos en la Norma ISO 9001-2000 en 20 procesos y en todas nuestras sucursales; ofrecemos una gran gama de Estudios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los domingos con una atención súper lenta y deficiente. Tardan muchísimo para generar la solicitud, poder pagar y ni se diga que tomen la muestra. Las personas de mostrador muy muy lentas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio: para pagar tardas 35 minutos y luego lo que esperas para que te realicen los estudios. Las personas encargadas del cobro son demasiado lentas, hasta hablan leeeento.
Aun con cita, las personas que llegaron a tiempo, esperaron un rato para pasar.
El personal comienza a llegar 7.20 de la mañana.
Espantoso servicio.
Es increíble que para una toma de sangre he esperado 40 min y no he pasado.
Horrible servicio, todo es lento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice mi cita por teléfono pero al conmutador, no al de la sucursal porque ahí no responden, fueron muy amables. El dia que llegue a mi estudio, fue muy rápido el pago y comencé mis estudios en tiempo y forma. Muy amables y atentos en el servicio. El plus que vi es que puedes ver tu resultados a través de su página, lo cual es muy bueno. El punto a mejorar es la forma en que atienden en la entrada llegas y te dan un ticket con un número, pero no lo siguen porque no saben en qué número van ;por lo tanto, es igual si no lo tuvieras. Fuera de ahi todo bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por teléfono, FATAL , a pesar de que casi nunca contestan, y cuando lo hacen te dan muy mala información
En mi caso cuándo le dije todo lo que tenía que hacerme de análisis y más… al final quise pagar con una targeta y qué supuestamente no pasó. Que tenía que pagar en efectivo cuando llegara a laboratorio, cosa que no es cierto. Pague con la targeta cuando llegue sin problema alguno.
Mis estudios eran muchísimos y para mi sorpresa tenía tres horarios diferentes ese mismo día para poder realizármelos cosas que tampoco me dijeron por teléfono.
Todos los pacientes cuando entran se deben de limpiarse los pies, desinfectarse las manos y tomarse la temperatura, pero eso no lo hace el personal de trabajo de ese lugar cuando entra. Lo cual se me hace una burla y falta de respeto hacia lo que estamos mirando cuando ellos entran.
Están muy atrasados en cuanto a tecnología para lo que cobran.
Me dijeron que mis resultados estrían en 2 días . Me cansé de esperar que me llegara un correo electrónico, les llamé por teléfono por más de una hora y jamás me contestaron, acudí a mensaje por robót, no me pudieron dar toda la información que buscaba y me dijeron que me iban a comunicar con algún personal jamás lo hicieron. Tuve que ir al tercer día personalmente a primera hora para tener mis resultados.

My studies were many and to my surprise I had three different schedules that same day to be able to do things that they didn't tell me on the phone either.
All patients when they enter must clean their feet, disinfect their hands and take their temperature, but that is not done by the work staff of that place when they enter. Which makes me laugh and lacks respect towards what we are looking at when they enter.
They are way behind in technology for what they charge.
They told me that my results would stretch in 2 days. I got tired of waiting for an email to arrive, I called them on the phone for more than an hour and they never answered me, I went to a robot message, they couldn't give me all the information I was looking for and they told me that they were going to communicate with someone staff never did. I had to go on the third day in person first thing in the morning to get my results.

Recomiendo ir temprano para evitar largos tiempos de espera. Sin embargo, sí había personas que llevaban esperando más tiempo para ser atendidos, un poco molestos, por lo que mi percepción es que depende del estudio.

We booked this service for a test for travel to the USA.
We waited in line for over 1h in our car for the test.
The test results never came, they never answered the phone and you cannot create an account with the folio number they give you.
The price was also very high!
