Estoy arrepentida de haber ido a perder mi tiempo. Esperé más de 30 minutos a que atendiera a una persona, porque ni siquiera pudo copiar bien su nombre y encima de todo le dijo que tenía que escribir: se cancela factura por cambio de datos. Cuando nunca se los cambiaron! Ella los copió mal, pero ante las exigencias de la señorita el pobre cliente no tuvo opción. Preferí irme a someterme a su trato tan grosero. Vayan a otra sucursal, hay otra cerca. Sólo están haciendo pruebas de COVID-19, para otros estudios deben ir a otras sucursales.
