★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, deberían contar con gente que si quiera trabajar.
No contestan los teléfonos de manera que sacar cita es imposible, me presenté y estaba vacío y aún así no te atienden rápido y la actitud de las trabajadoras es tan mala como la del seguro social, malas caras y malas formas. Además tenían un gatito cachorro llorando... No deberían tener animales en las instalaciones o si? Pues en resumen parece que la gente no está bien capacitada para trabajar aquí y que además son groseras. Pésima experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan el teléfono, te dicen que enviaran los resultados por correo y no lo hacen, llegas sintiéndote mal y las tipas de recepción se portan como si fueran las dueñas del palacio, pésima experiencia, ir aquí es un mal necesario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proceso algo lento, como todos los laboratorios. Hay que venir preparados a esperar mínimo 20-30 minutos a veces mas, para pasar a la toma de sangre. La sala de espera es amplia, lugar limpio y atención buena.
Somewhat slow process, like all laboratories. You have to come prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes sometimes more, to pass to the blood. The waiting room is spacious, clean and good attention.
