En la calle de Hegel inicia su historia Laboratorio Médico Polanco, nuestro fundador el Doctor Miguel Mendoza Sclair comenzó trabajando en conjunto con 10 médicos; se realizaban análisis clínicos con pacientes referenciados de la zona de Polanco y sus alrededores.
En 1990, después de trece años de experiencia, comenzaron a surgir nuevas necesidades en los pacientes de Laboratorio Medico Polanco, fue el momento para crear el área de Imagenología con la introducción de equipos como:
- Rayos X
- Ultrasonido
- Densitometría
Al mismo tiempo, se abrió la Sucursal ubicada en Lomas de Chapultepec, se comenzó el servicio de toma de muestra en algunos consultorios médicos en apoyo al diagnóstico del paciente. Con esta visión también iniciaron las negociaciones para establecer convenios con empresas como Bancos, Aseguradoras etc., para introducir los servicios de Laboratorio y Rayos X. En 1998, para brindar un mejor servicio a un promedio de 100 pacientes por día, instauró mayores normas de calidad y adquirió mejores equipos automatizados, ingresando a la nueva era de la tecnología, con lo que se hizo más fuerte y eficiente. Tan solo dos años después en el año 2000 con el objetivo de atender alrededor de 1,550 pacientes diarios, creó estrategias de Mercadotecnia, Ventas y plan de carrera para sus empleados.
Actualmente, Laboratorio Médico Polanco sigue trabajando para darle el mejor servicio a sus pacientes, y darle atención a alrededor de 3,500 pacientes diarios. En diciembre de 2007, nos certificamos en la Norma ISO 9001-2000 en 20 procesos y en todas nuestras sucursales; ofrecemos una gran gama de Estudios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien y te dan la información necesaria, lo único es que se demoran un poco al atender, les falta gente en atención, deberían poner un letrero para tomar el turno correspondiente, las medidas de higiene son buenas, lo malo es que no tienen todos los servicios, para hacer electrocardiogramas o pruebas de COVID te mandan a otros laboratorios, ya sea aquí en Toluca o CDMX.

Así que luego de no poder entrar por qué obviamente no hay nadie asistiendo el tránsito , di una vuelta enorme para volver a intentar entrar. Lo logre! Dejo el auto en su obligatorio Ballet, me bajo al consultorio y resulta que no hacían pruebas covid… no me tomo ni 3 minutos y el tipejo de ballet que ni siquiera había movido mi auto, me cobro! Gracias!?
Y por qué no están haciendo pruebas? Hace un mes si lo estaban haciendo… ah y claro a un súper sobre costo. Que horror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienden en mostrador muestran tener poco conocimiento sobre los estudios, lo cual se traslada en pérdida de tiempo al dar vueltas para que hagan un estudio. Es imposible llevar muestra de orina, debido a que el tiempo de atención en mostrador es de 45 a 60 minutos, lo cual hace que la orina ya no sea útil (comenta el de laboratorio).
Necesitan mejorar la capacitación al personal, en una ocasión lo hicieron dañando la piel.

Y todavía se le pregunta a la tomadora de muestras cuando están los resultados, se enoja y responde que ese no es su trabajo, que vayas con recepción a preguntar. Debido a la falta de información también hacen dar vueltas por una factura. No tienen servicio de facturación en línea. Mal servicio. Llamadas tampoco contestan.
