El compromiso de nuestro laboratorio es la calidad, hoy en día contamos con un programa de ensayo de aptitud llamado Programa de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (PACAL), el cual es una herramienta externa de control de calidad que permite a los laboratorios comparar su desempeño con otros laboratorios para detectar tendencias y por lo tanto, tomar cualquier acción correctiva que sea necesaria para facilitar su mejora continua, dando como resultado que nuestros análisis y estudios son precisos y confiables.

Se le explicó a la señorita la situación y cuando se llegó el plazo de los resultados no los tenían, tuve que comunicarme con la matriz y me pidieron esperar 40, total que pasaron y nada y después ya no atendieron el teléfono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui a hacerme un perfil de tiroides y tanto la recepcionista cómo la enfermera me trataron muy amablemente ?, estaba indecisa por asistir porque leí los comentarios pero la verdad recomiendo ampliamente el laboratorio, todo el personal fueron muy amables y profesionales. Ahhh!! Sobre todo porque puedo descargar mis estudios desde mi celular y no tuve que volver a desplazarme desde mi pueblito.
I went to get a thyroid profile and both the receptionist and the nurse treated me very kindly ?, I was hesitant to attend because I read the comments but I really highly recommend the laboratory, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Ahhh !! Especially because I can download my studies from my cell phone and I didn't have to travel from my little town again.

Además dijeron que me entregaban mis estudios a una hora y no cumplieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hacen esperar demasiado y NO DAN FACTURA, dan mil pretextos, quedan en enviarla en 10 dias hábiles!!. Nunca lo hicieron a pesar de ir a solicitarlo en 2 ocasiones.
El personal administrativo poco profesional , no saben dar respuesta ni resolver de manera eficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante eficientes con su trabajo y con muy buen tacto para tratar con los pacientes, incluso infantiles, como en mi caso. Están en muy buena disposición para dar sus servicios a sus pacientes, incluso por emergencias pueden llegar a tener consideraciones especiales fuera de horario. Mi experiencia con ellos fue realmente positiva: nos dieron servicio de emergencia en un análisis de sangre para mi hijo, el sábado a las 5 de la tarde, ya fuera de su horario normal.
Quite efficient with her work and very tactful when dealing with patients, even children, as in my case. They are in a very good disposition to give their services to their patients, even for emergencies they may have special considerations after hours. My experience with them was really positive: they gave us emergency service in a blood test for my son, on Saturday at 5 in the afternoon, already outside their normal hours.
