★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos cobraron un estudio, antes de siquiera determinar si era viable realizarlo, cuando se dieron cuenta que no era viable, se tramito la devolución y nos dijeron que regresaramos después para terminar el trámite porque no estaba la persona quien los autoriza. Regresamos en la fecha acordada y después de 3 horas... aquí seguimos esperando a que se trámite la devolución... ya les comentaré en que termino este tema...
