★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal de Tequesquinahuac, el día de ayer le dieron un mal servicio a mis papás, ya que por descuido mi papá olvido su cubrebocas en el carro, el cual tvo que ir a estacionar a otro negocio mi hermano ya que no cuentan con uno.
Yo entiendo que el cubrebocas es indispensable pero por humanidad ya que es de la tercera edad pudieron obsequiarle uno ( o verderselo si no podían obsequiarlo) pero no negarle la entrada.
Tambien trabajo en un laboratorio y si no traen cubrebocas se los obsequiamos y no les negamos la entrada, se les debe de tener más empatía a los pacientes y dar un mejor servicio
In the Tequesquinahuac branch, yesterday they gave a bad service to my parents, since my father inadvertently forgot his mask in the car, which my brother had to go to park at another business since they don't have one .
I understand that the mask is essential but out of humanity, since he is senior, they could give him one (or give him one if they couldn't give it away) but not deny him entry.
I also work in a laboratory and if they do not bring masks we give them to them and we do not deny them entry, they should have more empathy for the patients and give a better service
