★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio primero te enganchan con que hacen todos los estudios pero al llegar si pesas más de 120 kg no hacen tomografía y ya se ponen exigente sin avisar antes muy mal y su página para facturar no sirve me tarde más de dos semanas sin conseguir mi factura que la saqué inmediata mente al momento de hacerlo recomendación

Y ahora resulta que hay que ir hasta allá haber porque no los han enviado. Mi mamá es una persona de la tercera edad y hay que llevarla en taxi. Ya fue a pagar taxi para una consulta que se canceló por la falta de los resultados, y ahora hay que pagar nuevamente por su incompetencia

Fuimos a hacerle estudios a mi abuelita hace tres semanas, y dijeron que tardaban 1 semana en enviarlos. Ayer fue a la cita al médico, y el laboratorio no los ha enviado. Marcamos para preguntar qué había pasando y nadie nos contestó. Hoy por fin ellos se comunicaron con mi abue, pero piden que vaya personalmente a revisarlo que porqué no pueden darle la información de SUS estudios que porque es información privada. Cabe recalcar que mi abue es una persona de la tercera edad y la llevamos en taxi, y estamos gastando mucho más en pasajes por la INCOMPETENCIA de éstas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oficina en donde me tomaron la prueba tenía un olor peor que sanitarios. La señorita que me tomo la prueba de antígenos súper súper brusca y muy poco cuidadosa. Me he hecho pruebas PCR menos invasiva que la de antígenos que me hice ahí. En general el laboratorio se ve sucio y de mal aspecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, clean and accurate laboratory. Certain tests are not offered here, therefore it is necessary to go to another branch. I wish they could have more services offered at this location in particular. Due to the pandemic it would be nice if they would offer home visiting do for blood sample tests as not everybody can go out.
