Todo muy rápido y el estudio que me hice fue coprológico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme una prueba rápida por protocolo de la empresa donde trabajo y el trato fue muy poco profesional por parte de las señoritas que están en las ventanillas. No saben ni saludar, y solo te extienden un papel donde dicen 'llene esto' como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor o atendiendote por caridad cuando estas pagando por sus servicios. La señorita que me aplicó la prueba sí fue amable al menos. Si no quieren ser tratados como apestados, mejor vayan a otro lugar.
I went to do a quick test by protocol of the company where I work and the treatment was very unprofessional by the ladies who are at the windows. They don't even know how to say hello, and they just hand you a piece of paper where they say 'fill this out' as if they were doing you a favor or serving you out of charity when you are paying for their services. The lady who gave me the test was kind at least. If you don't want to be treated like the plague, you better go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuuuuuy lentos. Solo 1 persona atendiendo. Deberían dividir laboratorio normal y pruebas COVID, así no se mezclan los usuarios y los que no vamos a prueba Covid salir mas rápido.
Sooooo slow. Only 1 person attending. They should divide normal laboratory and COVID tests, so users don't mix and those of us who are not going to test Covid get out faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no me entregaron completos mis resultados, yo tenia mi cirugía programada y la tuve que posponer porque me faltaban estudios, la señorita que me atendió se le pasó hacerme 3 pruebas, estuve llamando por tres dias y decían que ya me los habían enviado, sin ser esto cierto, finalmente tuve que acudir a otro laboratorio. No los recomiendo por nada del mundo.
Terrible service, they did not give me complete results, I had my surgery scheduled and I had to postpone it because I lacked studies, the young lady who attended me missed doing 3 tests, I was calling for three days and they said that they had already been sent to me Without this being true, I finally had to go to another laboratory. I do not recommend them for the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian REGALAR una pluma atomica a cada persona que no es nada en el costo de estudios, en lugar de estar COMPARTIENDO las mismas con toda la gente, para evitar la propagacion del virus. No creen? Tampoco NADIE toma la temperatura!!!! Por lo demas, son todos muy amables y de buen humor! HildaLopez
They should GIVE away an atomic pen to each person that is nothing in the cost of studies, instead of SHARING them with all the people, to avoid the spread of the virus. They do not believe? NO ONE takes the temperature either!!!! For the rest, they are all very friendly and in a good mood! HildaLopez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, fast, Clean, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Received my COVID test results via email in less than 2 hours. Pricing was also decent. I Have no complaints and I recommend. I do not know what the negative reviewers are on, but I had a very smooth experience and my Spanish isn't that great.
