Puedes pagar con tarjeta de crédito pero solo a partir de las 8:30 de la mañana porque sólo una persona tiene acceso a la terminal.
Hay que estar rogando para que te envíen las facturas y se molestan si les preguntas. Tratan de ser serviciales de mala gana.
Desconozco si su procedimiento es correcto pero a mí me sacaron un moretón de en mi brazo después de hacerme el estudio de sangre. Cosa que no ha sucedido en otros laboratorios.
Me comuniqué directamente a al servicio al cliente:
Les hice llegar mis quejas y consultas; ellos me atendieron mejor.
Recomiendo que si a alguien les dieron estudios con el laboratorio, elijan otra sucursal.
The branch itself is bad:
You can pay by credit card but only from 8:30 in the morning because only one person has access to the terminal.
You have to be begging for invoices to be sent to you and they get upset if you ask them. They reluctantly try to be helpful.
I do not know if your procedure is correct but I had a bruise on my arm after doing the blood test. Which has not happened in other laboratories.
I contacted customer service directly:
I sent my complaints and inquiries to them; they treated me better.
I recommend that if someone was given studies with the laboratory, they choose another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio bueno, precios accesibles, radiólogo amable y explica muy bien los ultrasonidos. Solo más cuidado con la toma de muestra sanguínea porque me dolió y me dejaron morado.
Good service, affordable prices, friendly radiologist and explains ultrasounds very well. Just more careful with taking a blood sample because it hurt and left me purple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez la recepción fue muy mala con la cara y actitud de la chica, Ana se llama, sin embargo la siguiente vez fue diferente, por eso editó mi comentario. Todo rápido, limpió y un poco más cortes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La doctora Sandra Solis plata le falta mucha experiencia para estar en ese lugar fuimos hacer un ultrasonido nos dijeron que tenía 34 semanas luego fuimos el próximo mes y nos volvió a decir que tenía 34 y después le dije q anterior mente me avían dicho lo mismo y ella luego me dijo que tenía un aproximado de 37 espero lo puedan resolver eso
Dr. Sandra Solis Plata lacks a lot of experience to be in that place. We went to do an ultrasound, they told us that she was 34 weeks old, then we went the next month and she told us again that she was 34 and then I told her that they had told me the same thing before, and she then told me that she had an approximate 37 I hope they can solve that
