Tarda una eternidad atendiendo y registrando pacientes, da los tickets equivocados! A mi papá le dio el ticket de otro paciente. Le dices algo y se excusa en que “todos somos humanos”. En tomas no tengo problema todo excelente con la señorita de cabello chino, alta, muy amable, pero si con la que está en recepción ojalá pudieran hacer algo al respecto. Precios muy accesibles ?? Tuvieron dos veces mal mi correo electrónico a pesar de la corrección la primera vez. I wish they could let you know by SMS or WhatsApp when they have sent the results by mail. J	Juls LoMor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi mamá hace unos días a un par de análisis, me pareció extraño que tardará en salir y cuando lo hizo me comentó que demoró porque la enfermera no podía sacarle sangre, el típico “no le encontraba las venas”, que primero lo intento con un medio y luego con jeringa normal y le succionaba la sangre y no salía. Total que para la tarde cuando debían estar listos los resultados le llamaron que debía acudir a que le sacaran nuevamente porque la muestra se había dañado. Me pareció pésimo su servicio ya que es una imprudencia de su parte el mal manejo de las muestras, además que la lastimaron siendo que les advirtió que era una paciente en tratamiento oncologico. Obviamente no regresamos y conseguimos servicio de otro laboratorio que por el mismo costo acudió a su casa a recolectar la muestra y utilizaron agujas más adecuadas para su tipo de venas… No los recomiendo, no arriesguen a sus familiares ?
