La única explicación que te ofrecen es que es un problema que se les presenta de forma común y que para evitar el "inconveniente" se recomienda hacer toda cotización en ventanilla. De igual forma, no todos los estudios están disponibles en apertura, ya que el personal llega una o dos horas posterior a la apertura; como es el caso de ultrasonido. Las indicaciones; para variar pueden igual no coincidir... Realmente un servicio pésimo. The prices they give you over the phone vary compared to those they give you at the window.
