★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre esta cerrado y cuando abren te tratan mal, me hice la misma prueba en otros laboratorios y los resultados fueron diferentes. No lo recomiendo, es caro, hay pésima atención al cliente y los resultados no son confiables.
It is always closed and when they open they treat you badly, I did the same test in other laboratories and the results were different. I do not recommend it, it is expensive, there is terrible customer service and the results are not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LABORATORIO SIN PROFESIONALISMO NI RESPONSABILIDAD...procesan las muestras sin tener un protocolo, engañando así a las personas en cuanto a tiempo y confiabilidad de los resultados de los análisis, no recomendable, les interesa cobrar con anticipación, pero no dan un buen servicio.
LABORATORY WITHOUT PROFESSIONALISM OR RESPONSIBILITY...they process the samples without having a protocol, thus deceiving people in terms of time and reliability of the analysis results, not recommended, they are interested in charging in advance, but they do not provide a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había puesto mi opinión en otra aplicación y la borraron, la verdad en vez de hacer ese tipo de cosas deberían de capacitar mejor a si personal, en muchas de las ocasiones ponchan las venas y en el caso de los tamices para los bebés, no realizan la técnica correcta, pagamos un tamiz ampliado y me entregaron los resultados de uno básico, la verdad no los recomiendo porque ni la atención del personal es tan buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que tiene cabello pelirrojo ( no sé si es química o enfermera) tiene la mano bien “ligerita“ para la prueba PCR y además tiene un trato muy amable y respetuoso, los resultados fueron considerablemente rápidos y los precios están dentro del mercado
