★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, un lugar muy desagradable, no tienen protocolos sobre la utilización del material estéril, no te muestran ni explican nada, el tipo que me saco la sangre me lastimo horrible y no le importo, para nada recomiendo este laboratorio.
Terrible attention, a very unpleasant place, they do not have protocols on the use of sterile material, they do not show you or explain anything, the guy who took my blood hurt me horribly and he does not care, I do not recommend this laboratory at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usamos el servicio de toma de muestra a hospital y fue muy bueno y sin contratiempos. También nos hicimos PCR y aunque el resultado llegó muy noche, al final fue en menos tiempo de las 12 horas que te indican al momento de la toma de muestra.
We used the sample collection service at the hospital and it was very good and without setbacks. We also did PCR and although the result arrived very late at night, in the end it was in less time than the 12 hours indicated at the time of taking the sample.

No es posible que nos obligue el ayuntamiento hacer análisis en este lugar solo por sus convenios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. They say 20 min, day later still no covid results. Had to go back, then still took hours. Finally got my results and they had incorrect information, saying my gf was born in 1942.. Don’t go here or to their labs in Playa Del Carmen! It’s a giant headache.
