horrible experience paid for a rapid test only to find out that it would take 7 hours to get the results took the test at 11 and was told i would get results by 6pm unbelievable

Walked in and made a COVID antigen test appointment for the next day, for which they had a lot of availability. It was $30 which is the standard rate you’ll find around town. They got me in quickly at my scheduled time, I was done in less than 5 min. Test results are sent to your email by 4 pm that day. You can also pick up a paper copy if needed.

I made an appointment on-line on their website for two days before our flight back. They sent me a confirmation that I printed out and brought with me to PV. On day of appointment we were in and out in 10 minutes. The staff was nice and professional. It was $30 US and within 4 hours we were emailed our results. No stress. Highly recommend.

They couldn't even send my results to the email address I wrote down ( Gmail.com) but sent it to a Hotmail.com address... I had to worry and have my partner call to reconfirm the correct email. Not organized, no phone call. I would NOT go here !!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! NOT RELIABLE!!! Edit: and they are liars too, claiming that I wrote Hotmail. Why would I do that ? I don't even have a Hotmail address, I very clearly wrote my correct email address. So not only are they unreliable, they are also liars! avoid !!! ??? So?? I am waiting for this photo which shows a hotmail address... can you post it? Prove me wrong!!! Oh wait, you can't, because you know YOU were wrong, and can't even admit YOUR mistake. Please avoid going here. Terrible terrible terrible.

Got my covid PCR test here. It's clean and the staff who did my test is friendly and nice. I recommend this place for PCR Tests!

We got our pcr tests here, the results took less than 12 hours! The staff were professional and lovely. 2200 pesos per test.

If you need a covid test to travel back to the US, come here in the morning and get a result by 4pm for like $30. I go to this place every time i visit because they're reliable and the line is always short.

This lab is very professional, friendly, courteous, etc. Have gone there 3 times for pre-flight covid testing and always been satisfied. Results emailed before the promised time. But today, I received a false positive on an antigen test. Went somewhere else, tested negative. Did a home test, came out negative. Went back to San Pablo for a retest (and another 500 pesos), and that came back negative. Soooo the moral of the story? If you test positive here, get a retest somewhere else rather than simply assuming it's correct. This covid fiasco cost me quite a bit of money, as well as the last day of my time in Vallarta.
