Tienen buenas instalaciones pero la rampa de acceso es la que se encuentra en la terminal de autobuses y es muy inclinada lo que dificulta el acceso con un paciente en silla de ruedas y fracturado. Cuando les pides ayuda para subir la rampa dicen no estar autorizados They are kind! Lleva uno paciente en silla de ruedas y no son para ayudarle a uno a subirlo en su rampa super inclinada de la central de autobuses, prefieren estar jugando o platicando con el celular. En el dia de la entrega de resultados prefirieron estar haciendo sus compras y pagando abonos de joyeria en plena sala de espera sin importarles que estuvieran los usuarios viendolos y esperando... Asi tardaron una hora en pagar, abonar, consultar y decidir que comprar. Jamas volveria a poner un pie ahi con personas tan poco profesionales y comprometidas que valoren el trabajo para lo que estan contratados Terrible service..... Resulta que a pesar de haber pagado ya mis análisis y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de mandarlo al doctor para que me hiciera el ultrasonido. Estuve esperando y nadie me sabía decir la razón por la que no pasaba. Si pueden ir a otro lugar mejor háganlo. Worse service cannot be found. No toman con ética su trabajo, ni seriedad, se burlan del tipo d muestra que vas a entregar, dudando de que realmente es tu muestra la que procesaron, te hacen esperar saltando los turnos, los números de teléfono donde solicitas información nunca los contestan, se la pasan jugando entre recepcionistas y la persona que da los turnos. CARO Y MALA ATENCIÓN. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They do not take their work ethically, nor seriously, they make fun of the type of sample that you are going to deliver, doubting that it is really your sample that they processed, they make you wait skipping shifts, the phone numbers where you request information are never answered, they spend their time playing between receptionists and the person who gives the shifts.
