★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, mal carácter, habla regañando y muy antipática, la técnico radiólogo que me tomó una radiografía de tórax en el turno matutino el mes de enero. Le pedí que se calmara y me siguió hablando como si fuera regaño, ni su nombre me dijo. Las demás empleadas muy amables. Espero que esa persona deje de tratar de esa manera a los pacientes que llegan a necesitar de su trabajo, pues están, en su mayoría, enfermos y preocupados, no van porque lo estén pasando bien y esa persona los hace sentir peor. Los pacientes se merecen siempre un trato agradable, empático y humanitario. Espero que esa técnico trabaje su empatía con los pacientes en lo venidero de su vida laboral, ya que no me quedaron ganas de regresar y menos de recomendar sus servicios. Bendiciones.
Bad attention, bad character, speaking scolding and very unpleasant, the radiology technician who took a chest X-ray on the morning shift in January. I asked him to calm down and he kept talking to me as if I were scolding him, he didn't even tell me his name. The other employees are very friendly. I hope that person stops treating patients who come to need their work that way, because they are, for the most part, sick and worried, they don't go because they are having a good time and that person makes them feel worse. Patients always deserve a pleasant, empathetic and humane treatment. I hope that this technician works her empathy with patients in the future of her working life, since I did not want to return and less to recommend her services. Blessings.
